Capping machines milk thistle?

anyone else cap any powders like milk thistle, NAC, BCAA's or anything like that. They are just so damn cheap to buy by the powder i am actually considering doing this

do you have to cap them, or can they be measured out by the table spoon....i know the bcaa's can cause i have seen them sold in the powder at supp shops, but what about milk thistle and others?

I dont see why you couldnt just take them in the powder form without capping them. There has to be a weighted amount placed in each cap that equals a mg amount so you would just have to find that and youd be good to go.

like a tblspn or something cause thats how glutamine powder is measured most of the time, but i couldnt find a measurment like that anywhere, so i was just asking you guys if you had any idea on say what a table spoon of milk thistle equals out to. I know thats way more than i probably would take but that way i have some idea on the dosage of it

Bro weight scales arent to bad in price, 27 bucks isnt to much IMHO.
