Okay, I will post all the gear I will be taking. The deca is kind of low cause thats all I have and my source got poped a while ago.

wk 1-10 500mg Test E
wk 1-8 300mg Deca
wk 1-2 & 4-8 Clen start a 20mcg to 120-140mcg
wk 4-8 50mg winny ed
femera through the whole cycle
pct at the end

My question is should I do the clen 1 on 1off or 2on 2off? Also would it be better to do the winny at the begining or wait til week 4 when the test and deca has kicked in. I have never used femera b4. So how much and for how long?? Any other advice you bros can give me will help.

I was abot 205 a on December of 04. I had a big problem with sum fucking bitch I was dating. Dropped to 193 I been cutting natural which was a mistake and my stats are now 5' 11' 182lbs. I feel skinny as hell but all my friends say I look better and bigger??? Cant understand how that could be. I am weak as hell from this diet I am on. I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 3-4 times a week on an emty stomach for 30-45mnts. Here is an idea of my diet

9am
protein shake

11:30am
salad with salmon

12:30pm
snack, fat free cottage cheese w/fruit

1;30-2pm
protein shake

3:45pm
salad with either tuna or halibut

5:pm
6" chicken breast subway

6pm work out

7:30pm
shake

10:pm
2 small cans of tuna with fat free mustard and tomatos,onions
 
I totally hear you about feeling weak on cut cycles.

When you're cut you look bigger though. The muscles show definition more.

too advanced? really bro? I though It is a simply cycle. Hope I not doing anything to crazy?? I always try to keep my cycles simple and as low as possible. Anyone else care to coment or know about how much femera to and for how long???
 
I have noticed that for most heavy cycles bros are taking 2.5mgs of fem ed. Since my is pretty light maybe I should take 1mg everyday?? I don't want to shut down my estrogen levels completely I just want to keep the water retention to a minimum.:confused:
 
I was just saying that there are other bro's with more experience than me on cutting cycles who can/will give you better advice.

The cycle looks fine and nothing crazy ;)
 
The cycle looks solid bro. I'd just go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with the clen.

You could start the winny a week earlier but I think it should stay at the end like you have it.

The femara should be fine at 2.5.

I notice the only carbs you have in your diet is the sandwich? Are you adding oats or anything to those shakes or anything?

Oh yea, damn, I didn't even look at the diet.


I'd definatley add in more carbs unless you want to feel like crap and have no energy after the first week.
 
see bro thats where Im fn up. I have never cut in my life only bulk so this cutting diet is all new to me. I have tried to do some searching but its hard to know what to eat and how much. I eat a couple of whole wheat tortillas and pour about 1/2 cup of oatmeal on some fat free cottage cheese and eat some protein serial thats suppose to be high on protein and fibe. :confused:

sorry to bug you guys but I need to get an answer asap about the fem Since I start on monday. So do you guys think 1ml of fem ed through the cycle is good? please let me know. I could be wrong but on some threads I saw the 2.5 was messing people up too much. since my cycle is light in comparasn I though I would not need as much. Again 1ml ed ok???
