How to photoshop a photo?

does anyone know how to photoshop a photo like in my other thread? i would like to try and do that with my other avatar of my rear lat spread. i have two editing programs: irfanview, and camediamaster.

Bignick? Tonykemp? i know you guys are capable to doing this type of thing, what do you think??? anyone else is welcome to offer suggestions obviously.

there is a "thinify" option in some programs. If not that you'd have to stretch specific areas.

Yeah, I can do that--actually, you'd be surprised at what I can conjure up with that program and make look realistic. However, the photo has to be good resolution for it to work the best. If it is a low quality JPG, don't expect much. Photoshop is king among the photo editing programs.

Sure, no problem, although my e-mail server can handle large attachments. I'd rather you send a high resolution photo if you have one. As I said, the higher quality, the more realistic.

yeah i was messing around with your picture the other day.....beating off to it actually. On the right side of the spread you see how there is alot of light hitting it and you cant see much detail. That was where i ran into some problems, but kemp i am sure is a better graphic man than me so let him do it. I only peddle around with photoshop, im sure he has more experience than me. But when you save your pictures to your computer try saving them as like bitmap or something. Ill see what i can do.

Compare

Flex, here is a quick transformation to a pic you already posted online. Compare that with the original. How's that? As I said earlier, the better resolution, the better I can do the transformation. (You may want to post it after this so everyone can compare--I'll probably get a whole bunch of requests after this, lol!)

I use Photoshop, and as for tools, that depends on what I have to do. I've had to add the nose of a jet before that didn't have one, only using the picture I opened and nothing else. I've been in graphic design for about nine years so I do stuff like this all the time. I did the blue banner graphic at the top of this site for Presser.
