do u guys use fat free milk or other types of milk for your shakes or water? i used to use fat free milk and then switched over to water. i do not drink milk at all i hate it, but it tastes fine in protein shakes. i was thinking about going back to fat free milk with shakes. i am trying to stay lean eating a very healthy diet high in protein with cardio 3-4 times per week. do u think i should stick with water or go back to fat free milk? thanks for the advice.
