Milk or Water with shakes

do u guys use fat free milk or other types of milk for your shakes or water? i used to use fat free milk and then switched over to water. i do not drink milk at all i hate it, but it tastes fine in protein shakes. i was thinking about going back to fat free milk with shakes. i am trying to stay lean eating a very healthy diet high in protein with cardio 3-4 times per week. do u think i should stick with water or go back to fat free milk? thanks for the advice.

Bulking I use 2% Milk
Cutting I use water

Just depends on your goals. Sometimes I'll just have milk in the morning and water at night
 
I use water, but only because I have to. I wish I could use milk.
 
Skimmed milk all the way, it just makes the shake taste better....ahhhhh...lol, but sometimes when i run out of milk, and don't feel like going to the store, water will be a good substitute.
 
thanks for the responses. i might add milk if i have my shakes early in the day, but i am forced to train later and night most of the time now with my schedule so if that is the case i will stick to water. yeah they definitely do taste better with milk and it increases the protein.
 
i gotta admit the lactose thing is a bitch but i cnat give up my 1% milk....other wise i just use water when on the go....
