Best time to use creatine guaranteed

I just found this out, The absolute best time to use creatine is immediately after your workouts!
It has been proven to increase a body mass of 20% or more.

My partner uses a schedule like this and I have seen him grow without AAS by using the following, however its costly and not as cheap as a cycle of AAS and a good diet, but still effective.

whey/casein 1 hour before a workout ( no cardio) 10 Grams of Glutamine

Immediately following 10 Grams of glutamine and Creatine with carbs or a glycemic substance ( creatine he does 12- 15g)

This will work if your diet is good and if you have joint trouble use MSM in capsule form works as good as deca without the problems.(joint stiffness, it lubricates them well)

exactly which part of that is costly and more expensive than gear and a good diet. I think a good diet is way more than gear unless you get royally screwed, and what you posted doesnt look too expensive at all.

in a sense i agree but look at results vs time thats where it gets costly and protein powders and creatine (real good creatine) I can see where it gets costly.
say a 12 weeker vs a 4 monther.

There is definatley a difference between good creatine and shit creatine.

What kind(s) do you feel work best Crim?

I remember the first time I used Creatine I loved it, but I forget what kind it was :( I actually think it might have been Cell-Tech believe it or not...... Fruit Punch Flavor.

do you guys really notice gains from creatine? i always thought it was bs, but maybe not?

well I like to use german creatine and I like some name brands but nothing that is really cheap and i only see any results when I am in an off season I use it.

I have heard some guys use it to cover up, what the hell is that about? lol

I agree though some are crap But i use different kinds and i have my favorites without advertising

After a few months of training its a good idea to saturate your muscles just to make sure your not lacking. This will just about always cause short term gains. I'm not sure if there are benefits of overdosing, besides maybe water retention assisting in protein travel. I can't imagine a human body using up 12-15 grams of creatine everyday. That is usually associated with an extremely intense period of time, like runing a marathon. However if an increased dosage gets you better results, stick with it. All this talk has led me to go get a jug tomarrow!!!!!!!

The first time I used Creatine I had some guys in the gym asking me if I was on steroids.

I said why do you think that? They said because you are getting "steroid like" results from whatever you are doing.

My strength went through the roof. My weight went up and my size went up. Granted, I was also eating like a horse, sleeping 10 hours a day and training like never before, but the Creatine gave me the energy for all my lifts and I felt great on it.

On the flip side, I've tried some other creatines before and felt like they've done nothing. I think you have to find a good kind and really focus on training, diet and loading a good 10grams into your post workout shake and 10 grams in the morning ;)

I've read tests that have shown over 50% of creatine sampled from variety of sources had little or no creatine, just false claims.

Yeah i believe its like that with alot oif supplements now days false claims and false ingredients. impact250 the older version actually had test suspension in it.

as for creatines i agree u have to find ones that have tried and true results or word of mouth about them.

like guys who triued it and had gains but also there are those that react to it and those that dont, its crazy like that its called reactors and non-reactors according to the university who studied this test.

I also read this its the Med Sci Sports Excer, 36: 1781-1788 2004 issue

question? how is the creatine at allthewhey .com ? i know that they have great protein, but i don't know about the creatine.
