I am looking into my fourth cycle now which will start in beginning of may. I am currantly sitting at 240pounds with bodyfat around 20% (I know too high but am working on dropping a few % before next cycle). My goals for my 4th are to bulk and gain strength. After much much researching here is what I'm thinking, please add in comments or suggestions as I wanna make sure all is in check and I go into the best cycle I can:
Weeks 1-16: 750mgs test e ew
Weeks 10-17: 500mgs tren a ew
Week 18: start pct
I have included either dbol or drol in my past cycles but want to keep my liver values in check and screw the bloat. I prefer longer cycles as well to allow my body to adjust itself to a heavier wieght before coming off.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions!
