cheat meals anyone?

I have a cheat meal every sunday for lunch. I eat anything I want. This is suppose to help speed up your matabolism or at least thats what I was told. Last sunday I had a Small thin crust Rustys pizza halve pepperoni and sausage and half canadian bacon and onion and a small cherry coke. God Damn that hit the spot!!! I have not notice this meal making me gain any weight or throw me off track. Does anyone do the same here?

my cheat is sunday also, even precontest. i eat whatever i want, all day. but monday, back to no carbs, just 70 gr postworkout.
 
Once a week I eat whatever I want, I'm dieting right now with only 60carbs(post-workout only), but on my cheat day i go and get 3 double big macs and a milk shake, ohhhh it hits the spot, lol. Another favourite of mine is a couple pounds of chicken wings, mmm mmmmmm good.
 
I don't compete bro, so I take anywhere from 80 to 200grms of complex carbs per day. Thats why I only allow myself to one cheat meal instead of a whole day like you. But most of the time thats all I can think about its my cheat meal. If it wasn't for that there is no way in hell I could stick to my diet.
 
I think I get in about half a cheat meal on Sat and the other half on sunday, for instance AS I SIT HERE, I am taking down an ALLTHEWHEY shake with one scoop of chocolate, one scoop of strawberry, 1 Mr. Goodbar, and a bannana all in the mix. I want you, do not try this at home. Though it is a protein shake it is DAMN GOOD. All in all the only thing Im cheating on is the candy bar, but this shake will make my whole day. I warn again, dont try this at home, it may get addictive.
 
Cheat meals are a must whether your bulkingor cutting imo and exp when cutting. Your body has to be shocked from time to time to keep from reaching homeostasis and then hitting a plateau like a wieght or a bf% you may want to acheive. Its just like when ur lifitng and you wanna shock your muscles to hit that new PR, well its the same thing. I have a carb up meal (cheat meal) every seven days where i purposely overeat carbs only to fill the muscles and keep the body guessing.
 
I eat clean during the week (at least 500 grams complex carbs e.d.) and when I am not dieting I eat whatev er I want at the weekend, chinese, chocolate, pizza and all the rest and then back to clean eating on Monday and I never gain much fat. When I am dieting I have one cheat a week on Sundays. This lasts for 2 full hours and I eat everything I had been craving and I mean everything I basically eat myself sick. You will just get rid of most of it in the toilet the next morning and you won't have a craving for a few days, all of the competitors I know now do this and it makes the diet a lot easier and it really works. I would stress that it will only work if you are genuinely dieting 100% the rest of the time otherwise you are just fooling yourself.
 
I love cheat meals I have gone as far as 1 1/2 cheat days and back on Monday strict by tuesday nite, wednesday morning u look your best....I love cheat days...I am a big Ice cream, fast food type cheater, pizza, KFC, wendy's,. Taco Bell.
 
Last night was my PM cheat meal, I think it was about 9:30 or so I rode up to Wendy's and got the biggest damn frosty they had, killed it by time I got back to the house. But look on the bright side, they do have about 40grams of protein in them, followed by about 700Cals and 60gs of carbs, why I care to know that I have no idea.
 
Damn you lot are making me hungry. Think I am still hungover from the weekend, had my first drink since I started preparing for my contests 4 months ago and I had forgotten why I normally don't touch the stuff. My body is crying out for junk food.
 
I love chinese on sundays, orange chicken, sesame chicken,...God lord i love sundays,... Gotta have a cheat once weeks....!!
 
every meal for me is a cheat. diet has always been my biggest problem though because it just cost so much fuckin money to eat clean.
 
I hit up the Manderin or McDonalds, I eat really clean when bulking but when cutting i crave burger, lol. I'm not much of a desert person so i normally stick with my burgers n such.
 
once you eat clean for so long you learn to appreciate the little things so much more. its good. people have access to everything so they take it for granted.
 
Well, i just done eating 2 super burritos from willys, 1 chciken quesadia, bag of salsa chips, 2 big chocolate cookies, and a croissant to. The fucker was laughing at me so i had to show him who was the boss, lol. And a big glass of milk to wash down the 2 cookies. I need a long nap now, lol.
 
2 Double Big Mac's have around 110 g's of protein, 80 grams of fat, 15 are saturated, and 220 carbs if i remember correctly. Mmmmi could go for one of those grease ball burgers about now, lol.
 
Double cheeseburger from Wendy's or a meat lover's pizza from Dominoes.
