I took a shot in the Quad today and I bumped the needle a tiny bit while it was in there and now my Quad is killing me... I'm limping it hurts so much

put a heating pad on it and massage it...

OUCH!!!!

Damn it's been hurting me all afternoon... I was in the squat rack all day yesterday so my legs were already busted up!
