Any and All, looking for some advice and a critique for cutting cycle?

Hey guys, ok here it is. This is what it is looking like......

DNP 250mgs a day everyday 8 to 10 weeks or as long as needed.
T-3 25mcg per day 10 weeks
Fina 75mg per day 8 weeks
ECA stack 2 times a day

5ft 9inch 225 15% bf goal is 7 or 8%
wanting to loose about 30pounds.

Diet is 2000 a day split up into 40/40/20
My cardio is I run a lawn mowing business 5 days a week
Weights 5 days a week every morning

I thought about a CKD diet, but read it wasnt good to use with DNP. I have used DNP before at 400mg a day for 14 day cycles and it was awesome, but since i work 8 to 10 hours a day in the hot sun I thought that wouldnt be a good idea. So backing off the dose and running longer..

Also thought of using DL-Phenyalaine at 3 to 5 grams a day, suppose to work with chemicals in the brain to suppress hunger also.

What do you guys think. This should roast some fat off I hope. Do you guys know of anything else I should through in for cutting? Thought of some PGF2, but that stuff looks really harsh. Thought about some IGF-1, but i dunno. Actually I remember Dan Duchaine years back talking about the new wave of muscle growth was usuing DNP and thing Insulin? I dont know much about Insulin, anyone tried this? Is it a good idea? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks so much to everyone who helps
 
you need to add prop.........fina with no test=very bad idea. also thats too long on the t3. Start the t3 2 wks after the dnp and end everything at the same time. I would eat closer to 3k cal and at a ratio of 50-30-20.
 
Ok so add some prop then right. I got ya, and I can still cut the carbs back a little then right? IT wont hurt to cut them down further? Thanks so much for the advice
 
nah just keep the protein high, I bulk on 40-40-20. Also no carbs after say 5 or 6. Go with a protein and fat meal only as your last meal. Some alternate fat pro and carb pro thorughout the day........I perfer to balance each one but the last....someting maybe you'll have to play around with to see what works for ya
 
Read the post in the cycle journal section about the 100day DNP cycle, explains everything you need to know about your diet on DNP. You gunna drop some serious fat bro. You don't need low carbs on DNP, and remember no cardio while on DNP.
 
Thanks brew, i didnt think about that prop idea till afterwards. Your right gonna have to have some of that. Just read that post chaps, its awesome for sure. Man i hope to drop it like snowballing down a hill. Thanks for all the advice guys!! Its on!!
 
I would stay away untill your buling again......to much dangerous substances at once here.......neither dnp or slin is to be taken lightly and I sure as hell wouldn't run them at the same time, sounds like an opurtounity for problems. At 250 I wouldn't go crazy on the carbs, I would keep them moderate but I would keep them in every meal so you have a steady energy source.
 
ya good idea for sure. Inslilin and DNP is pushing the evelope for sure. So i can keep the carbs lower because the DNP isnt as high. Good point
 
so you plan on running dnp, t3, fina, and eca all concurrently? Sounds like hell bro.

fina and an eca has me sweating uncontrollably and hot as shit. I couldn't imagine adding t3, and dnp to that. Sounds dangerous...

If you do go ahead with this I would keep a good eye on body temp & hydration.
