Quick Poll!! FOOD???

Its my little sister's graduation tonight. I come home from the gym about an hour ago to the smell of Mom's home made lasagna and find a 5 gallon bucket of ice cream and a 4ftx4ft cake in the dining room. My diet has been good all week. Do I be a poor sport and not eat cake, ice cream, LASAGNA? Or do I kill into it like a mad man? Hurry fellas, 5 hours and counting. Right now I have NO urge to eat that mess, but I just know once I see the inside of that cake Im gonna loose it!
 
Drink protein right before, and that will kill the craving for the sweet stuff. I'd go ahead with the lasagna personally.
 
Maybe eat a small portion of lasagna...and buy some reduced fat & sugar ice cream from the store so you can take part in the fun without feeling guilty.
 
just eat it all...feel guilty the next day and take soem anti depression pills....you'll get over it but if that doesn't sound good then follow TK's advice...lol...be carefull your decision will effect the rest of your summer
 
OK Ive decided to gorge out. What can it hurt? Im not loosing, it might trick my metabolism anyhow. Sometimes I feel that if I gain 8 lbs, I can loose 10... the whole 1 step back two steps forward approach. How effective is that?
 
I think that enjoying the meal is the right thing to do.

My experience has also been that I can lose more weight if I have "cheat" days every now and then as this does tend to jump start my metobolic rate. And you feel better cheating every now and then.

Also, you don't want everyone to think that you are a fanatic about things. I would agree that chugging a nice LARGE protein shake before will help as you will be full - and you know you will be getting enough protein.
 
Enjoy yourself. Life is very short. Just stay away from the refined sugars and you can eat whatever you want at least once a week. But then again, refined and processed noodles are refined sugars. So, stay away from that too. Crap I dont know what the hell Im saying. Avoid food all together. :dizzy:

OK, done, I think I killed a good 12oz lazagna maybe 6oz ice cream and two nice pieces of cake, I feel sick as hell! Cardio in the morning for sure!
 
dude enjoy a little, it aint gonna kill unless u r 2 wks out from a show. other than that live it up for a nite, u will probably appear to be fuller and harder the next morning
 
yeah definitely NO SHOW for me, If been off winny/prop for 4 days and can already feel my muscles getting softer and Im loosing vascularity. Im on CEE now so maybe it will help to hold a little. GOOD thing is, every time I cheat I go SUPER clean for the next 4-5 days Im sure I will be eating tuna,oatmeal, water all weekend!
