IGF-1/Test- Lean Mmass - Fat Loss

Hello gentlemen, I've been a member here for about 3 years and haven't posted much. Presser recenlty brought up a discussion about the old Renegade board where I was an active member and asked why I hadn't posted much here.... so here goes.

I'm 39 years old, been lifting about 15 of which the last 12 have, in some way or at some times, included AAS. In no way have I been "on" for 12 years, just juiced at various times over the last 12 years. I've tried most everything available from Amercian to Mexican to European. Masteron is about the only mainstream AAS that I can think of I haven't used in the past.

About two years ago I moved to the Midwest and my workouts have gone to shit. I've been eating like crap and I am now bascially, in my opionion, fat!! For years I weighed around 185 and carried 8 to 9% body year around. I don't do bulkers and cutters. My goal is just lean muscle. I estimate my body fat to be around 15% right now. So I thought I would document my planned usage of IGF-1 to cut fat and put on lean mass. I've been AAS free about 2 year now. I will include a moderate dose of AAS and this should be a basic cycle that about anyone could afford. (If you go with UG AAS, this would be dirt cheap).

My cycle will be 400mg Upjohn Testosterone Cypionate/week along with 30mcg IGF/day 5 on 2 off (MC brand). NO T3, clen or any other supplements other than huge amount of protein. Oh yeah, I'm taking 1.25 mg/day of Letrozole and 10 mg day of Tamoxifen to keep the water down. I'm also gyno prone due to some stupid mistakes I made many years ago when I didn't know about PCT. I stopped a cycle of Test and Winny (about 750mg/week the two combined) cold turkey and a couple of weeks later could just not understand why the hell my nipples felt like they were on fire!! Ever since my chest will puff up even under what most would consider a dosage of Test that should not require anti E's.

My current stats:
39 years old
Height - 5'8"
Weight - 190 lbs.
Body fat by caliper- will be available tomorrow
Body fat by electronic measurement - 17.7%

My goal - 185 to 190 at 9% body fat within one month!

Anything else you want to know just let me know.

For any newbies, no question is a stupid quesiton either. Believe me, if your thinking it, someone else is to. These web sites did not exist back in my younger days and I learned, originally, by trial and error. Now I suffer the consequences of being gyno prone due to my lack of information at the time. No need for that today with the web, so ask anything you have questions about.

Day 0
400mg Cyp along with 30mcg IGF. I've been on 200mg Cyp/week for two weeks so as not to have the 7 to 14 day lag you experience when first starting a Cyp cycle. I want to know the effects of a full 30 days of 400 mg/week of Cyp and 30 mcg/day of IGF.

I took the first 30mcg of IGF at around 7:00 pm this evening. I pulled up 30 mcg (one and a half ticks on a slin pin) of IGF up followed by 1/2 cc of B12 in the same pin. I injected IM in the delt. I've hear of people feeling sleepy shortly after injecting, but as of 11:00 pm tonight no sleapiness.

I'll try to update the body fat stats tomorrow and post every 3 days of so.

Welcome back to being active bro'
Good re-intro.
As for beinglethargic on igf it is comon but as long as you maintain your cals and keep the protein up you should have no probblem reaching your goals. The good thing about igf is that you wont see any drastic changes in weight but you will see a noed difference in the muscle you have. Keep us posted o how thins are improving and it's great to hear you are getting back into shape. Md

Not everyone gets lethargy from IGF. I don't. Good to have you back.

Glad to have you back on the site bro...I never experienced any lethargy for IGF either, but definitely a huge hunger binge from it,...i got hungry every hour,...felt like i never eat in days...But iGF is a good supp to run at anytime....

Day 1

Day 1

Had my bodyfat checked today. HOLLY SHIT!!!! 17.7%! That was with the electronic handheld device though. They said that can be as much as 7% off. I'll have the stats back from the caliper test in a couple of days. That will provide a much more reliable result.

No noticible lethargy today, no additional hunger or any difference in pumps in the gym. One thing that is interesting though. I, at sometime in the past, damaged the cartelage on the end of my femur. I did legs today and had not the slightest hint of any pain. Could this be due to the IGF.... don't know. I know that IGF could not possibly have had any recuperative/repair effect on the joint this soon. I know it has been touted for its joint rejuvination effect. But in one nite?..... Maybe it has somehow increased the synoveal fluid. I could see this happening immediately. Or maybe it was just a fluke. I'll let you know how this progresses.

If any of you IGF vets have any comments, feel free to offer. I am going to keep the dosage at 30mcg thoughout though, just to track what a simple, inexpensive, moderate dosage cycle of Test and IGF can do for those interested.

Take care and be safe.

IGF does help with joints to a point, especially if you have injured yourself--seems to help it heal faster. It has always helped my joints, however, if you take large doses of it, you can get stiffness from it.

BUMPIN Tkemp,...IGF does wonders for the joint, ligament and tendons,...It helped me recovery from and ankle injury alot faster than last time i had one...only under a month compared to almost 7months the previous injury.... to IGF

Day 2

The knee injury isn't a recent injury. It has been with me for over 10 years. So its not as if I'm speeding up the recovery process I'm hoping for some type of a rejuvination effect. But I can't see that happeing in just one day. That's why I think it may have increased the synoveal fluid (joint lubricant). Or maybe just a fluke. We'll see over the next month.

No lethargy as of yet, no increase in hunger and not increase in pumps. Probably takes a few days. I have been thirsty as hell though. Probably the Test putting water on me. I've been trying to offset this with Leterozole and Nolvadex.

I'll be back on Monday. Take care gentlemen.
