If yall are wandering what PP stands for it is the PROTEIN POP-SICLE. I am going to have to patent this idea.
Its simple... take your fave protein mix, dump two scoops into blender should yield anywhere between 40-60 grams of protein, we are good at math here!! Use a light amount of water probably ony 12oz
Put in blender and blend. Add 2 packets of splenda for more sweetness.
Empty shake into TWO plastic or wax dixie cups with a spoon or something of the such sticking out to pull out pop-sicle.
SHOULD yield 2 protein pop-sicles at about 20gs of protein a piece.
Today I just did a simple All They Whey chocolate mix.
But think of all the possible mixtures and different protein brands? Some with whole fruit in them? This is PERFECT for late night sugar cravings, step over protein pudding. Southern Comfort's protein popsicle is comming though!
I would like for yall, to experiment with this idea, tell me what kind of protein you used, and how much milk or water you used. How they tasted? This could go big! Ive got a vanilla and strawbery batch in right now and am going to make a chocolate-banana batch in a few(with a whole banana). Tommorrow I will try some with milk. Either way, its cold, its good and its PROTEIN!
