Humalog and my cycle

I just went off a 12 week cycle of sus,eq and winstrol and im staying on clen for about 2 weeks and then ill take some nolvdex, i was wondering if it would be a waste to through in some humalog with my clen...my weight is about 218 with about 8 to 10 %bodyfat...ill be starting another cycle in about a month...
var 100 mg ad
enant 800 mg week
sus 500 mg week
eq 800 mg week
humalog 6iu ad
thought about maybe running so anadrol for the 1st couple weeks to jump start my cycle but im not really sure what to do...I really dont want alot of waterweight......

any thought would be nice

I hate to answer a question with a question but... curious but if you just "went off a 12 week cycle..." why are you starting another so quickly? Just looking out for you bro, you may want to give your body a little more time to adjust... Good luck with whatever you decide

Yeah, that's pretty quick to start another one. You may want to wait a bit more.

how much longer should i wait? Ive always stayed off as long as i was on but i thought maybe i could go back on quicker...What would be a safe time to start back?

I just went through my quickest turnaround and it was about 10-11 weeks off......but I was using short ester compounds and I had barely bounced back to normal at the time I got back on. I don't think ill even cut it that close again.

why even go off? just cruise with about 200-300mg ew of test for the month...or stay off longer
