List Your Vertical Jump

ok well after basketball season which went through really rough and hard training. my vertical jump increased but not sure how much but now i can grab 10 foot rim now thats flat footed like where you stand 1 in spot no runing or leg movement and jump straight up. and im about 5' 7" so just want everyone to list their vertical jump. and maybe some little exercises i could do to improve mine since basketball season is over and well i know suicides ( running lol ) will increase it. but just like exercises like calf raises. toe squats , toe hops. just list exercises like that i can do with no weight. to improve my vertical leap.

I have about a 35 inch vertical.
 
ya im a white boy too lol. got the coaches award during basketball season. average 4 steals per game. funny only white boy on team and can cross over everybody on the team 2 people at a time no problem. i even dropped the coach lol.

I have not played basketball in about 2 - 4 months though so ithink i prolly jump maybe 32 inch flat footed right now. and my jumping technique is prolly rusty. but once i get used to it again ill be able to dunk again np. but well when i jump from running start if im jumping mostly up i jump off 2 legs. but if im jumping a distance towards goal i jump off 1 leg.
 
bump on the squats, try some strength shoes that should give you a couple more inches..... definitely do sprints, plyometrics...that would do the trick
