Well, there are many things for a good diet. I would say 1. drink 2 gallons of water ED. 2. Take in 40 grams of fiber, in the form of green veggies and if needed supps. 3. Get a wide variety of clean protein sources, mostly solid sources to. 4. Incorporate a carb cutoff time, b/c your body will slow down in the evening making conversion of sugars to fat easier. 5. Take a multivitamin/mineral from a whole foods source so that your body can actually absorb it and not just pass it out with your crap.

There are more but its late so i'll write more tommorrow

well i do agree wit fonz on the carb cutoff.. but if your like me i workout at night... think of carbs this way(this will make your bulk a great lean success) center your carbs around physcal times of day. MOURNING, PRE WORKOUT,POST WORKOUT... you spike your insulin at KEY times of day and the insulin spikes will shuttle carbs where they need to be to help your energy and growth ;-)....and you wont become a fatass over night!

of course spiking your insulin with krispy creams at key times will turn your ass into a house(not good ;-)).. make sure you have lots of fiberous veggies and wholesome grain such as oatmeal, oat bran, sweet potatoe, brown rice, ect... u get the point!

Bump.

Hey bro, do you have any time constraints? Can you easily eat every 3hours (solids) or do you need to incorporate liquids to get enough Kcals in? Are you allergic to any foods?

Its hard to write up a plan without knowing more about ya. My advice would be run a search there should be some plans on here and if not I can post one i'm using right now. Granted I'm 235 but if would give you some ideas.

Listen to Fonz, he's knows wht he's talking about when it comes to eating....he's an expert.
