Bridging

Gentlemen,

Some practical advice would be greatly appreciated. I intend to reach my goal of qualifying for Master's Nationals in approx. 5 months. I may retire and get "healthy" at that point but for now ...

My question: who recommends bridging and with what substances ?

I've done plenty of research and have at least 3 years of solid cycling experience under my belt. I follow the advice given in Chemical Muscle Enhancement exclusively. Get in fairly hard for 4 weeks, get out and recover HPTA for 4 weeks before the body can react too negatively. I plan this time to maximize gains by bridging to reach my Dec. goal.

Current options are 10 mg Dbol/daily or 20 mg Anavar/daily or 100 mg Primo/week. Of course this would be in addition to my usual off-cycle routine of Nolva, Clen, Slin and IGF-1.

Your real world experience is welcomed. Suggestions ?

i did a costly var/primo as my bridge once i was very happy with the results, however real world i felt tired alot with low BF and no high androgens to keep that energy/stamina going drained me everday.

look throuhg some of my olds posts about bridgin i posted why d-bol is a pretty good bridge..also to fully let your htpa recover things like HGH,IGF and slin combo would be great..

Thanks for the replies. I did a search for "bridging" on this site and only came up with 3 posts. I believe I found the Dbol bridge info from Da Fonz some time ago. So I'm wondering if I can add some androgen post cycle by using Proviron. It's getting more complicated with all the polypharmacy. I even forgot to mention the DNP I use post cycle while cutting to help clear receptor sites. I enjoy being my own research animal, I'll keep everyone posted.

It all depend on how much you are willing to allow your body to stay shut down and what length of time as to what you should use. There are ppl who believe to stay on for seriously lengths of time where you run HCG throught intermittedly and others who run bridges with igf or dbol or low test amts.

Well I say you stay away from AAS between cycles and stick with your current plan but add some GH and low dose T3. I have a buddy running GH currently (bridging) and he's competing in september and he's holding on to his gains and fullness very well. If your a fan of CME like i am i suggest you check out L Rea's supplement line, www.ALRIindustries.com, for some supps that you can use off cycle. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?manufacturers_id=156 I'm going to be trying his supplement Ultra Hot soon that is reported by him to be more powerful than HCG+Clomid for PCT and it can be used while off to bridge at higher doses, he has blood tests posted on his site and it's equivilant to injecting around 400mg of test E a week!

ok, I perferred primo for a bridge, I ve done it twice both at 200 and 250. helped me retain about 90% of the i put one before hitting up the n next one. I treid var at 10 and had to say I like the primo better, not sure why but I felt better on it, had more energy and stamina wiht the primo. Never treid the dbol bridge, but I have a freind who treid it along wtih proviron and really liked it, but he claimed as though he never felt that his cycle stopped, which maybe a good or bad thing. GH would be a good choice if you had started it 2 months prior to the bridging time, as it takes a little while. I would say IGF would be a better choice if you want to go AAS free bridge, thro in a little slin if you want and that will work for say 4-6 wks.

This cycle (already started) will basically be a balls-out, last ditch effort to qualify for Nationals. I'm looking to minimize the obvious, noticeable sides but do realize there will be some health consequences with what amounts to a 20 week cycle. At 41 y/o, I will probably be done with competition after this attempt. I'm leaning toward Primo post-cycle, but will experiment with an Anavar only post-cycle as well. I'll be using ALRI supplements in addition. Thanks again for all the input.
