Not gaining much.....WHY?

Ive been on Test E @600/week and Eq @400/week PLUS I took M1T @10mg for the first 14 days and Id have to say Im not gaining much at all. Now dont get me wrong my weight is up about 7lbs, but it sure as hell aint the 7lbs I was looking for. Pumps are good and strenght is even better. Is it going to take a little longer before I really start to put on some mass? Ive been putting down at least 250g of protein per day and at least 150 carbs. When I lift I do get blowed up, HUGE, but its gone after 30 mins. DO I need to give it more time, another week or so before the pumps start to "stick"? I started using Clen yesterday because Im starting to fill out a little too much in the mid section. Any advice?

Well one problem is thats NOT enough protein and not nearly enough carbs to put weight on. Next, how many hours a night are you sleeping? R u getting your 8 hours like your supposed to?
 
so what week are you on? it takes a little while for the Test and EQ to kick in and start to put on lean mass. EQ is my favorite substance but it does take a few weeks to start seeing any gains and they are usually lean muscle mass and strength gains. Seven pounds is nothing to complain about but if it's fat and water weight and not muscle I can see why you're dissapointed.
 
I have started trying to get 2 grams of protein per pound of lean weight, 2 grams of carbs per pound and .45 grams of fat per pound. Though I only weight 189 now, that is still a whole lot of protein to get down, and the limit on the fats means that these are either from lean chicken or fish or from shakes or skim milk. Carbs are pretty easy, though I avoid empty calories from sugar (OK, I mostly avoid them).

How long have you been on this? The EQ takes some time to kick in and the gains are slow, steady and sustainable. I usually only get a pound a week of LBM, but I can gain a pound of water as well depending on what I am on (I try to avoid the water though the pumps are nice).

If it was me, I wouldn't try to cut and bulk at the same moment. If you are gaining too much around the middle, watch the fats you are taking in; if you are eating cheeseburgers, you are slamming down too much fat. I often START or END with a short cutter which does the trick for me.

Damn, I gotta go and eat some more....
 
Im in the middle of week 3, Ive done 6 shots so far. Pumps are good dont get me wrong, but as far as solid muscle mass.... nothing to brage about. Should I give it another week or two before I start to worry? Im getting over 8 hours of sleep per night. I try to watch my carb intake because I have the tendency to want to fatten up all the time. Im using femera so Im not carrying a lot of water... what gives?
 
test isnt really starting toi kick in till week 3-4 and same as the eq and with some the eq can take a tad longer....dont worry eat more
 
Not enough protein or carbs as stated and you're only in week 3. You wont start to notice anything big until after week 4+. It will come, but you must eat more.

give it about two more weeks bro you'll know the diffrence right away around weeks 5/6.when you shut down and your blood plasma levels atart to rise you will know it bro.250 grams of protein is just about enough i would be alot more conserned with more carbs and alot more calories.just my 2 cc's worth
 
You're gonna gain some chub when you bulk. There is no getting around it. I find that it actually hinders gains when you worry to much about gaining some bad weight. For me anyway. I agree with all the other good advice you were given in that you need to up your intake more. More protein, more carbs, etc.

Plus you're still early in your cycle. I f'n hated waiting for the stuff to kick in.
 
Hes the trick, if your worried about gaining too much in the midsection then run t3 @ 25mcg ED throughout the cycle and this will keep the unwanted fat off ya. You def have to give some more time and I hope you are slowly increasing your Kcals as you gain b/c if you dont you will stop gaining.
 
like they all said brotha, give it a little more time and eat a shit ton more! for me, the first things i start to see is the pumps and strength and then the next few weeks the gaiins just start coming. EQ i have started noticed gains around week 5, but hunger around 4 weeks.
 
The difference between taking steroids and getting huge taking steroids is diet. Like the other bros have said you have to eat. Even when you think you can't eat anymore, eat again. Give the gear some time too. It seems like you are expecting some amazing gains and you are only in week 3. It takes time bro, don't look at it as week3 or 4 or 5, just keep training, keep eating and get your rest. Take pics now and then take em again in a few months. When other people start making comments about your size you will know that all the hard work has paid off.
 
I ate pretty much nothing on tren/prop and lost quite abit of fat in 6 weeks. Didn't gain much muscle but didn't really loose any either. I'm not saying this is the way to go and I'm far from being an experienced user. Just thought it may be helpful info. Started up again Monday and this time I'll eat alot since I've hit my target BF. Peace
 
Sweet, thanks for all the positive advice fellas. Trust me I know I can eat more, but it gets expensive LOL. OK I feel a lot bette now. Heres my next question I might as well ask now. Ive got "enough" test for 10 weeks and enough Eq to run for the rest of my life. Should I stop the test at week 10 and keep running the Eq for 2 more weeks?It would then look like this.
Test @600 1-10
Eq @400 1-12
winny@50 ed week 9-14?
nolv. @ 30mg daily week 14-17?
OR would It be a bad idea to run the Eq for that long without the test? What do yall think? Again, thanks for the look out, I appreciate it!
 
personally i would have upped the EQ to 600/wk. not sure what the point of nolva for th last 4 weeks is though?
 
With your diet numbers....it sounds like you are cutting.

You won't get mad strength or size gains when dieting on gear. Gear barely keeps the mass on you if your dieting hard.

Bulking intake should be like 350 prot, 350 carb 70+ fat minimum. I don't even think I grow off that anymore.

1.5 grams protein for every lb on bodyweight
 
when bulking i was eating bout 70 grams protei and 100 grams carbs per meal minimum ,... so 7-8 meals a day... YOU DO THE MATH!... btw i only weigh 190 right now
