Barely legal stacks and supps!?

I've always tried to train "natural" and using supps. Being a trainer I want to be knowledgable about all the information and supps etc. I picked up a fitness mag the other day and every other page had a different supp and stack all claiming to increase yadda yadda yadda.

With all the different supps and stacks, how can we choose what is best for us and/or our clients? Are there any tips you have on choosing? What are your choices? Any specific company I should use/recommend/avoid? Any website stores I should look into?

Feel free to send me a message or post here. I just can't keep up with it all.

I would stick to the tried and true as far as supps. Protien, creatine, EFA's and a multi-vitamin. I wouldnt wanna lose clients because i recommended worthless crap from a mag ad.

Avoid most of them these days. There used to be some good options with the prohormones but now with most if not all being illegal I would say most are a waste of money.

The problem is that its easy for the average Joe to pick up a mag and see Ronnie posing for a supplement company then run right out and buy it thinking that will make him huge, but you being a trainer cannot get your point accross about how diet is what will make them grow. Maybe the grocery stores should sign some of the Pro BBers to be in their adds. Bump Cyphons post, keep it simple.

I've fallen for this hype myself. Was a long time ago training as a teenager thinking every new product was going to make you a pro BB. I've tried almost every supplement there is, I personally think most of it is worthless. Only ones I still use are Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, and a MultiVitamin like Cyphon said, biggest emphasis should be put on diet.

Creatine, Glutamine, Multi-vitamins, flax/hempseed oil, ZMA, whey protein, vitargo, egg protein, micellar casein, joint support sup, KR-ALA, CLA all excellent supplements, if you have any questions on a specific supplement or company ask me i guinea pig supplements all the time, but only ones that i've read up on and look promising. Right now i'm currently trying out Esterfied Arginine, 3 days in and i'm getting intense pumps, veins are popping out and i'm getting hard ons like u wouldn't believe, lol. I'll also be trying Ultra Hot by ALRI in 3 days, i'll be using it for 8 weeks so I'll post how that goes for me. Check it out at ALRIndustries.com, they makes EXCELLENT supplements and are definitely something u wanna be using if you wanna stay natural.
