Here is a hot one. WHat do you prefer, Primo or Winny for cut? For me it is about time and body type as well as desired result. Primo I thought gave me better cut mass gains, a higher gain, more strenth. Winny gave me instant, quicker fat loss, less overall strenth but quicker sick cutt. Any comments out there?

I like what winny did for me. I have never taken Primo so I can't chime in on this one. but, winny isn't for everyone. I had to push to get through my workouts. Joints where aching like hell and the shoulder was really achy after workouts of upper body. But, the end result was nice and hard. My arms felt like titanium with a sheet pulled tightly over em.

primo is a bit more costly. and winny can cause joint pain and low back and ankle pumps that are quite severe. Ive had great results with primo but tend to find it a bit too mild for my money. I should also say that I LOVE winny because i tend to respond very well to it and am even able to gain lean mass at a decent rate, however i should mention that this seems to be the exception and not he norm. Good primo is also hard to come by as well.

i agree with the above, winny ALWAYS gives me trouble with my joints. I'm looking to try Primo this time around and hope to get good results combining it with IGF-1 and possibly EQ

Does winny in general gives joint problem or just at a certain dose? I think i could try and get cut with winny, as you heard that it's hard to find primo and especially the good quality one....

Winny at any dose will effect your joints it actually weakens the integrity of the colligen i believe it is, correct me if i'm wrong guys but i know it's along those lines.

Ya hearing awesome strength gains and weakened tendons in the same sentence doesn't make me wanna try winny, like i'd LIKE to try it but i'm afraid of injuring something.

Thats why some ppl take winny with EQ since one weakens tedons as the other helps to strengthen it. Being aware of the fact will also help keep ya from gettin injured so that you dont make to high of weight jumps each time. Yourt muscle may be growing larger and stronger but your tendons dont grow at the same rate so you just have to be aware of the situation.

I love primo when dieting it retains muscle very well, I run it at around 400-600mg/wk, As far as winny i like primo better, but winny is still 1 of my faves, I use like 50mg/ed for 6 wks max.

I can speak from experience I tore the ligaments in my ankle while on Winny... even doing pushups my shoulders would kill while on Winny. I've taken it with EQ and glucosamine and had a much better expierence but I still stay away from it
