All of this increass the load on your liver. You just need to not put too much in at the same time.
For example, alcohol and gear is a bad mix beacause both are hard on your liver. Tylenol can be hard on your liver. Accutane is hard on your liver. Niacin is hard on your liver.
I take niacin, accutane and about 2 grams of gear and I will have an *occasional* drink (maybe a few drinks in a month). My liver values are just over normal, but that is probably from lifting; my doc is not concerned about it and neither am I since this is very common.
If I recall, I am about your size (5'8" and 192) though I am probably older (39). YMMV, but if you get things tested regularly, (I do and I track it) then you know what you can take and not take. If you fuck up your liver, you can end up in a VERY BAD way.
IF you don't want to tell your doc you are on, just get your cholesterol tested while you are on and your doc will put you on lipitor which requires regular blood tests (paid for by insurance if you have got it). Statins can help control the high cholesterol that is probably one of the biggest risks of being on gear, and it also gives you a reason to get blood tests.
