Hey everyone, friend of mine, "big worm" told me about this website, said i could get some good information from here. Well here are my stats, im 5"8, 145, 9-10 % b/f, 18 years old, and have done a cycle of test enthate and methyl-1 test, started to young, i know, im going nature, if though i might not be growing in height much more...so that sucks..anyways..im wanting to gain some weight, and without gear. Can someone let me know how many carbs, protien and so forth i should be taking in a day, i eat a lot, but it just never seems to be enough, so i need a good diet, and maybe some supps. Ive got protein and glutamine, and ive got my train on spot, so thats about all i need, any suggestions would be nice, thanks a lot! :wave:

I would suggest eating a lot, carbs protein whatever. At 145lbs 9-10% bf, you need more calories to get bigger. Good luck!

lol thanks for the welcome guys, could anyone give me a good diet plan, like a number of grams of protein i should take in to gain weight and bulk up as best as possible, needs to ideas.
 
Bulk = EAT! forget about diet plan. that's for pussies who want to lose weight (which I will be shortly:). Just try and drink a protien shake with each meal and you will definitely grow.
 
That is my secret when bulking, drink a protein shake after EACH meal. And don't limit portions. You need to make sure you're working out hard though. Always eat your meat (protein) first in your meal. That way you don't fill up on 3 potatoes or rice before you get to the steak.
