Cycle Suggestions

I am preparing to go on my third cycle. I first used sust about 2 years ago and gained 12 pounds going from 148 to 160lbs. Then last November I started my second cycle of 50 anadrol 50mg, 12 shots test 250, 10 shots test suspension, and about 12 shots of winstrol proviron mixed in there and all were followed by clomid. I went from 152 to 177lbs. Unfortunelty I was unable to work out and my diet suffered horribly and the end result was the loss of 25 lbs. I am 5' 10" and 152lbs, naturally lean and I am now preparing for my third cycle which will be in February of 2006. It will consist of:

46 Anadrol 50mg
30ml Test Anthate
25 shots Equipoise
20 shots Propenate
28 shots Winstrol

PCT includes:
Proviron
Novaldex
HCG
Clomid

This cycle was proposed to me from a close friend who juices and knows about everything involved. I am looking for suggestions regarding this cycle, what to add or take away or just anything at all about it. Supplement and diet suggestions are welcomed as well. I also have a full bottle of test 250 and want to know if I should incorporate that in or not.

-Appreciate your imput

imho. i thinks a rather complicated cycle for a beginer. you could get prettymuch the same results with just test e, eq, and d-bol. how long are you planning on running this and at what doses. if i were you id just stick with dbol, test e, and the eq. you are so0rt of on the lighter end of the scale and i think the abombs might be a lil too much. if you stick with the enanthate you will only have to inj 2x/week at moist. if you are like me than getting stuck with and 1.5'' harpoon everyday gets old pretty quick. thats just my opinion.

Also, saying you are taking so many shots of something doesn't tell us much. We need to know the actual dosages of what you're taking to really tell you how to adjust or change.

I'm not sure I quite understand about the not being able to work out or eat part. What happened? You obviously know you have to eat to grow, and you have to continue to train or AAS will do nothing for you. If you are not prepared to continually work out with a program and eat a lot, then don't bother trying to do another cycle until you get the training and eating part worked out because otherwise, it will end up being a waste again.

The first cycle to date was June 2004, so it was 1 1/3 years ago, my bad on the 2 years. That was jus sust 1ml for 10 weeks. Really started training in August 2003, started training properly more or less in June 2004. The second cycle was also about 1ml a week of test 250 except for about 2 weeks of 1 1/2ml, suspension and winny was 1ml 3 x a week, total cycle was about 15 weeks. I trained each muscle part twice a week averaging about 24 sets per muscle per week since November 2004 and stopped March-April 2005. I had a nutritionist in college for my diet and was consuming about 3500 cal each week. As far as the dosage for the new cycle goes, nothing is solid yet, still discussing dosage amounts with my friend, maybe u all have some suggestions as far as that goes. I have had many breaks throughout training due to school and other obstacles that get in the way. I was able to maintain weight gained from the second cycle for months with no problem, but it just wont stay on if I eat 2 meals a day and don't exercise. That is y I am back to 152. However I am starting my third cycle in February 2006 to give myself time to set up diets, workout plans, making time to workout, becoming more financially stable, etc. I am starting to workout again this week for the first time really in about 6 months, and getting food together and supplements so I can gain back size and strength in time for the cycle.

-thanx for the replies, keep em coming

bro, you should just get the diet and training down foir now and not worry about the gear. if you keephaving breaks in these two areas then gear is a total waste of $$. im sure if you are training hard enough and eatin enough you should have no problem at all puttin the weight back on. after 6 months or a year if you stopped puttin weight then maybe your might be ready for the gear.

Honestly bro, why waste your time and hard earned money?

Taking shots, and eating a ton of food is hard work, and time consuming. It's a waste of time, energy, and mental anguish(sp) if you're going to just keep quiting after every cycle. Don't you test the waters first before jumping in face first. I would honestly get your diet and training together for at least 6 months then maybe think about a cycle, but I know you wont take this advice. I'm sure you already have got your mind made up, but don't say we didn't tell you so.

After doing this for a while I've come to the realization that if you're not going to do this consistantly what's the point in trying to use all of these supplements?

I must have missed the part about the 24 sets. First 90% of us can't train bodyparts 2x each weak. Secondly I don't know anyone who does 24 sets per week. I do maybe 6 sets total each week (per bodypart). Sometimes only 4 depending on the excercise...and I was growing just fine. BTW I was using about 700mg of test a week by itself and I was at my strongest point ever. No exotic mixes, no exotic 25 set workouts. Just simple basic compound movements.

BTW at 5'10, 152lbs after 2 cycles I don't think you're that other 10% bro. No disrespect, but you need to find what works for you and become consistant.

i agree with the above post, i know its gunna be hard to take in this advice, but u really should get your diet together, your determination, and your workout routine in line. You need to bust your butt with your diet and exersize for around 4 months, honestly 4 months, the longer you weight the better its gunna be, 6 is about avg. so i here, but the key is gunna be your determination, thats gunna determine how hard you work out, how much you eat, sleep and ect... im about your size, i know how you fill bro, lol, ive been bustin my butt harder then a lot of people that are 200pds 8% b/f, genetics suck though, but it will come through, just gotta stay DETERMINED, good luck with everything.

I see most of u are saying similar things. I was reading an article written by Ronnie Coleman and he said u need to work out each muscle between 16-25 sets a week. under 16 is undertraining and over 25 is overtraining. I said average of 24 sets a week total, so 12 one day and 12 the second time that week and sometimes it was 20 or 18 sets a week. It worked very well for me and I gained muscle well and my strength was great. I lost all of that basically through starvation if u have to sum it up in one word. Now it was not my personal choice to deprive my body of what it needed and to lose everything I busted my ass for, but hey shit happens and u gotta work with what u got and keep on keepin on or whatever clever phrase u like. I am in the process of getting on track and straightening out my life, I know I can and will get those gains back and more without the use of gear and just through hard work, diet, rest and all that good stuff. When I am on point I am one of the most consistent and dedicated people in the gym, and when I am off my mark I can be a complete mess, but like I said there are hurdles that u just have to overcome. I know what I want and I know what I gotta do to get there and I will. I appreciate some suggestions u guys made and I look forward to discussing more with every1 on other stuff at other times.

Sorry bro...Didn't mean to sound harsh in my last posts, but all of us are just trying to drive home the importance of diet and training compared to gear usage. Like someone mentioned above I would highly suggest Big A's "Growth principles for Beginners". It's an excellent article that has been known to put pounds on guys. Also I wouldn't always trust the articles you read in magazines. That routine Ronnie Coleman wrote might be good for him, but for all of us lightweights that don't use as much gear as him or have his genetics it might be overtraining. Many of the mags have been known to do special writeups that to many seasoned vets on the boards would be considered over-training to the max. If you look around at the different boards you'll pull together some of the most innovative guys in this field. Doggcrap, A well known trainer, is known to put some serious weight on guys and most of his stuff is a much lower volume than what you're talking about. I would suggest reading as much as you can before trusting anymore of those magazine and further testing what works best for you...and last but not least DIET is 80% of gaining muscle. Eat like you weigh 250lbs not like a 150lb guy.

Yeah I definetly understand where u guys are coming from, I know ur all tryin to help me out and I appreciate it. Maybe some of u can send me some workouts or links to where I can find workouts so I can kick this new season of training off right and keep it that way. Any diet suggerstions are welcomed as well.

-Thanx
