ABS Workout

Reading the Ab workout post got me thinking...what does everyone here do for their ab workouts? How many days a week/before or after your workout?

I usually go for twice a week after my normal workouts, something like rope crunches, leg raises, then those side bend thingy's on the back hyperextention with weight for my obliques. I got pretty good abs, but don't do enough cardio for them to actually show...only when I flex em.
 
I am probobly the one person that really doesn't do abs. I have a six pack and never do one crunch or anything. I am always afraid that I am going to get muscle gut like the pro's.
 
I myself do cable crunches, some ball work and on the dip bar leg raises when i can. I try not to do more then 3 times a week on abs and only one set of each to failure.
 
tom i thought the gut only come from high doses or longterm use of GH?? hense the term GH Gut!?
 
im with tom here. ive prolly done abs a couple times in my life and i have a pretty descent 6 pac. ive also never done cardio in my life and im 7%bf. im sure the 2 are related

Yea, can someone say "super ecto"?

But seriously, yea, I never train abs either. They get beat up when Im squatting, deadlifting and benching.
