start by sayin im 17 160lb low bf 5'6,honestly consume 2,500 3,000 clean calories a day,what would be the best massgainer 4 i to get in ur simple seperate opinions?with 1000 cals +-?4,000-5,000 is maximum?or if i consume 6,000 would i get that much bigger?how much max cal intake would be enough before its to much?i think muscle juice by ultimate nutrition with 1021 cal. 13 gram bcaa sound incredible i jus realized i dont know why the hell we are all on reg. azz whey still or jus me?but im also on cellmass and no-xplode an a oral spray with igf1,hgh,test ect.called renewal for men anyone heard anything bout it?anyone know/heard bout t-bomb 2 by mhp,sounds out of this world,would i be to young at 17 wait or can i jack my test to hell n back or wait another yr?if you take it would u become infertile?thanks if you can reply,dont start no bs on my thread would appreciate it!

At 17 you shouldn't waste your cash on those products nor should you even think about taking any sort of hormone type of supplement. Being only 5'6 I don't think you should jeapordize any chance of growing taller. (not that being short is terrible, but I hope you know what I mean.)

Besides those products are expensive and you can spend your money more wisely on a good protein supplement and possibly some creatine. The latter not even being necessary. Just pack in the food (protein) and keep training hard. That's really all you
need. Shoot for 1.5-2g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

Also trust me on the supplements bro. When I was about 18 I tried just about all of the latest and greatest supplements and just found that I wasted my cash. Little to no gains with most and not at all worth the hundreds I dropped on them all. I wish I would've had some good advice not to waste my cash when I was your age.
 
if its your desire and passion in life its not waisting money and i dont care for being taller i might be 5'7 now but dont care 4 height unless i was 5'4 but i want to be THICKER then taller like most of us bodybuilders,i been on the best creatines n protiens for bout 2 yrs and Know its my cal intake but i do put away alot of food sumtimes reachin 3500-4000 once twice a week,but anyone really know what theyre sayin bout t-bomb 2 n whats the scoop,and if itd make u infertile?cuz i know if i get more anabolic hormone 2 raise safely effectively n down 1000 more calories i hope to gain lots of beloved muscle!!reply!
 
Desire and passion have nothing to do with what I telling you. I'm telling you to spend your money on something that really works and something that wont potentially harm you. I don't have personal experience about the specific product you're speaking of, but from my personal experience I'll tell you any product that I've tried that makes the claims that you spoke of have not worked for me. Just trying to give you some honest worthwhile advice.

If you're already set on buying the stuff or using it go right ahead. More power to you, but you asked for advice and that's what I'm giving you. Don't criticize what I'm saying because it is not what you wanted to hear.

Just to let you know there are no oral sprays that contain IGF1, HGH, or test. That's all BS marketing hype. Even if it did contain those things (which I guarantee it doesn't) they would be useless in oral form and the hormone/peptides would most likely be destroyed.

First, if there are oral sprays with IFG-1 in them or HGH, you can take all you want and it won't have any effect on you. If they are advertised in magazines, they might put a very tiny amount in there, but if you take it orally (or in a nasal spray) it won't have any impact even if it is pure, pharmacy grade stuff. So this is a flat out con.

Second, most of the sups out there are worthless for gaining mass in any noticable amount.

Glutamine and creatine have some clear medical research that shows they increase muscle size.

You should try adding 500 cals a day and see what that does to your weight. It should allow you to pack on some more, but you don't want to up your caloric intake by too much or you will just put on fat. If 500 more doesn't cut it, add another 500, but give it some time to see if you are gaining.

I am 5'8" and 196 and I find it a real challenge to put down 4000+ calories a day. It takes some organization and planning and you want quality food, not french fries.

Don't screw yourself up by taking steroids at your age. It is reasonably safe for adult males, but it can be dangerous for anyone your age. Hell, I would have turned into one moody zit covered dude if I had done that when I was your age.
 
wait till you are in your 20's man..you can do so much with natural supplements....eat 400g protein a day eat your vitamins, take creatine...do it naturally...you have some of the highest natural test anyone can have right now...don't suppress it....you haven't reached your potential and you are reaching for so much more so fast..if you want to be big, eat first, lift hard, change routines every 8-10 weeks, but don't start gear just yet bro...be patient...gain 20 lbs on your own the right way in a couple years, then hit up the gear if you want it then...sprays suck too...
just trying to be real man.
 
The hardest thing is diet. Not only do you need to eat a lot of healthy food to get bigger, as you get more muscle, you need to eat more just to maintian it. And your metabolism adjusts so it is even harder.

If you are not gaining weight, it is because you are not eating enough. You could be on all the gear in the world and it wouldn't make any difference.
 
^^^ AMEN to that. Eating is the most difficult thing to do when gaining. There have been days when I dispised looking at food. Trying to get in 10k calories a day is friggen rediculous.

Definitely bro..you are young and still growing, i bet you could get bigger as you grow, by just consuming more caloric food, protein shakes, vitamins, creatine, water...just simple stuff bro....stay away from other supps from now untill you grow older and know what you are doin... my 2 cents
 
well supplements r NOT CRAP only if u r weak they r,eating is not hard only if u r weak it is,and if u dont know sumthin dont try to sound ignorant bout it.i take everything i need already FOOD 6 good size meals a day 2-3 shakes a day creatine,vitamin,n02,and honestly id say the oral spray i spray under my tongue gained me 3-4 lbs and cut more bf.but b4 i started training as a perfect bodybuilder i weighed 130 and a yr later of serious training n nutrition supplementation i gained 32 lbs of muscle and no fat in 1 yr while i was 16.now im goin to log everyday for a month and add 1000 cals to make it 4500 calories.goal to gain 28 lbs while im 17 to 190,and for the t bomb i guess ill wait till im 18 since i take zma and weak oral spray but dont down it jus cuz ur ignorant but i feel i dont have enough TEST but ill wait a yr and master my productive work outs and nutrition

Look, these people that are replying to your post know what there talkin about, there not ignorant, these guys been in the game longer than me and u both put together, so repsect what they have to say, and listen and learn, you asked for educated opinions and your gettin them, now when he said all of that products were crap, ok, he may of exagerated a little bit, some of them actually work, like cell-mass is good creatine, but what he is basically saying is to dont spend your money on these new products that suppose to increase your weight by 15-20 in a month, get you some protien, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamin, and eat like crazy and train hard, and thats when your gunna start to see your results.

O.K. "Pal" heres what you should do;
Save up all your money-wait no-take out a loan walk into GNC and buy One of every kind of supplement they have Besides the ones we have listed(Protien,Glutamine,And Creatine)
Use all of it for as long as it lasts and let us Know the results.

In fact you should log them from begining to end with pictures.
I'll do the same with my 15 year old little brother exept he will follow our advice.
We can post the pics up and start a poll and have All of the MC members Decide who had better progress from start to finish.

Wow, you must have horrible genetics. You've been lifting right, eating right, and taking all these perfect supplements and your only 162lbs, that must really suck for you. If I were you, which I am NOT, but if I were, I'd just give up now. Quite honestly, you don't stand a chance next to someone that was born with good genetics. Oh wait, your taking oral HGH, so that should level the playing field. F'in retard! Get a clue, your coming onto a board where half the people are competing and the other half are learning. My little brother isnt exactly waiting for an answer because he has been following this boards advice for some time now. When I asked him about the friendly competition and had him read this thread he laughed and said that he had an unfair advantage because he will be doing things that are proven to work and you will be wasting youre time and money.
Either way I'm sure I can talk him into it if you would like me to.
I think it would be a great read in the Naty forum for other unexperianced "newbie's" to learn from.

By the way, I'm not trying to be a jerk. I am actually very understanding to youre mode of thinking because I thought the same way when I was in jr. high.
