start by sayin im 17 160lb low bf 5'6,honestly consume 2,500 3,000 clean calories a day,what would be the best massgainer 4 i to get in ur simple seperate opinions?with 1000 cals +-?4,000-5,000 is maximum?or if i consume 6,000 would i get that much bigger?how much max cal intake would be enough before its to much?i think muscle juice by ultimate nutrition with 1021 cal. 13 gram bcaa sound incredible i jus realized i dont know why the hell we are all on reg. azz whey still or jus me?but im also on cellmass and no-xplode an a oral spray with igf1,hgh,test ect.called renewal for men anyone heard anything bout it?anyone know/heard bout t-bomb 2 by mhp,sounds out of this world,would i be to young at 17 wait or can i jack my test to hell n back or wait another yr?if you take it would u become infertile?thanks if you can reply,dont start no bs on my thread would appreciate it!
