Started deca 400mg/wk 5 weeks ago, was 192lbs, daily caloric intake is about 1600-2000 cal/day. Got on the scale a week and a half ago and I was 202. well I upped the cardio and I'm still at 199.5 as of last night ( not counting turkey day) Should I increase the cardio or what? Im 3x a week now and its taking a toll (tiring). Im 5'7" about 12-14% bodyfat and Im trying to lose as much fat as I can b4 I start winny. Any suggestions?
 
I wouldn't overdue the cardio. Anymore than 4x a week i tend to look flat. What works best for me to lose as much bodyfat as possible is to cycle my carbs.
 
have you tried clen yet?? i think it would do you well. weve got it over in the store, its callerd aqua burn. i had to stop taking it cause in was loosing too much weight. i went from [email protected]% to 206@7%. just be careful with dosing it
 
Yeah I had the real deal 40mcg clen tabs, that shit made me eat like a 300lb beast needless to say I didnt lose much weight!

Prolly mostly water weight since I can just about bet you are in a caloric deficient state at 2000cals or less at your weight. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but what's your cycle like? Post your diet too, that would be very helpful?
 
400 mg/wk of deca. my diet is 3 or 4 small meals and a couple protein shakes a day

meal 1 5/6 egg whites w/ spinach
meal 2 protein shake w/ water 42g pro
meal 3 spinach salad w/ tuna/chicken or steak
meal 4 simple carb pre-workout
meal 5 protein shake w/ water 60g pro. post workout
meal 6 whatever the wife cooks
 
the last meal could also be your problem. If your wife cooks something for ya. Make sure you don't eat the carbs. You should be cutting out your carbs after your pw shake. Your metabolism will be slower as you get closer to bed time. Also give CLA a shot about 6gms did ok for me. good luck bro.
