question on carbs

Ok carbs is what actually builds the muscle right? But it also adds on fat too right? So what is the general rule for carbs to weight ratio , like protein is 2g or protein for every lb of bodyweight right? So what is that for carbs because I dont want to be taking in to many carbs and start to get fat even though I have a high metabolism because I was taking this weight gainer 2200 from GNC but it causes alot of bloating and cramping so I guess it has to many fillers. But anyway it had over 400 carbs per serving. I built a little muscle but also put on a tad bit of fat.

Your body can store carbs and fat, but not protein. As an ecto, I recommend 2gms of protein per lb. of bodyweight. This is on off days and maybe more on lifting days.

Exactly. I view carbs as energy...like putting fuel in a car. But protein is what builds muscle. How much do you weigh Malic...150? 400g carbs is too much per serving in my opinion. Generally most people use the 40-40-20 ratio, protein-carbs-fat. So if you take in 2g protein per bodyweight a day, take in 2g carbs per bodyweight as well.
 
do it right
and eat a clean diet
those weight gainer put ugly weight on you thats hard to get off
just follow a high protein diet
keep the carbs high
but just eat alot of clean healthy foods
you'll still put on weight if your constantly eating
 
Nope my weight usually is about 130 maybe a couple lbs above. Sometimes I get up to 140 but thats all food though. Ill try to keep my diet like but for now I dont have a job to really buy the food I need even though some is cheap.

Thanks and ill try to stay away from the weight gainers. Also im trying to buy some NO-xplode , which is nitric oxide and muscle builder of the year , its creatine and Nitric oxide. and also trying to get a good protein shake that has 55g of protein per serving. Will last me close to a month for around 70 - 80 bucks for the both of them. here are the links tell me if you think these would help me.

Alright thanks , ill try to start getting some money together for some steaks , and maybe within a year or when I get my membership for the gym im trying to get into. Since its alot cheaper for me to get a gym membership than to buy the equipment I need and cause also they have boxing in that gym. Then ill maybe start taking the NO / creatine. And maybe if I can start bringing in enough money ill get some high quality protein shakes along with the steak and other things ill be eating.
 
u wont use 55 grams of protien in one shake, better go with about 30 maybe 35 per shake, and do it a couple times.
 
Well the shake is rated for 19 servings per container at 4 scoops per serving , im going to do 2 serving a day at 2 scoops per serving. So im getting 26.5g of protein per shake. If you include the milk they take thats a little more also. So that will still last me 19 days. Unless you think I should take 2 scoop 1 time a day for 38 days since I think the NO - xplode lasts 40 days if i use 1 scoop per serving and take it 1 time a day. Which means that both products would last same amount of time and save me a little money.
