results with prop

i started my first run of prop about 3 weeks ago. from whet i hear you should start to see results after about 10 days. monday will be the start of my fourth week at 100mg ed and i have yet to see any results. i think i see a little better vascularity but thats about it. no weight gain, no strength gain. what the hells going on. im pretty sure the gear is fine because it hurts like hell and ive got a little gyno under one of my nips. i just figured id be seeing a little more than this. any ideas
 
whats your diet like bro. Your not going to see the gains your looking for until about week 4.....you will have results but they wont be noticeable like you want them to be. It is a faster acting ester but its still gonna take a little time. I think you will see some great results but the weight gain wont be huge, there is less water retention when using prop, from my experiences i usually only gain about 10-12 lbs per prop only cycle.....but i havent done that in a while...i always run EQ and winny in the lean mass cycle like that......

keep your calories high, clean and protein up and you'll have some good results
 
this is my first time running prop so im not quite sure what to expect. i was planning on using it only to jump start my cycle. i was going to run cyp all the way through but there was a problem with the cyp. im thinking i might just run prop the whole thing. the only downside is the frequient injects. my glutes look like pin cusions. so the gains will be nice and clean? is it easier to maintain than cyp or e. do you still get the strength gains of test??
 
1st time I took prop...it took 2 weeks for the sex drive to kick in and 3.5 for the strength too.

prop is faster....but its not overnight or anything.
 
i was under the impressiojn that you would see gains after 10 days. it knid of makes me feel better knowing it takes 3-4 weeks.
 
If your diet and training are right you should start to see gains very quickly if these factors are not right then you will never see gains. What is your diet like?
 
my diet is pretty good. its not perfect but its descent. alot of volume. im eating all day long with shakes in between.

i noticed a bit of a strength gain today. ussually ill only get 315 on the bench for like 5-6. today i got up 8 good ones. ive done about 21cc of 100mg/ml

Yeah, not everyone responds the same, so maybe you just have to give it some time. Sounds like it is starting now.
 
sounds like you are using prop for a mass building cycle...

get your calories up - WAY UP eat them carbs and force feed the protein..

high test will dramatically increase protein synthesis, if you are not providing enough for your muscle to recover from your workout, your body will find the protein it needs in the muscle tissues that have recovered... 2 steps forward 1 step back..

EAT - TRAIN - RECOVER

ive never used prop before. i know you dont put on as much mass as the longer esters. i figured it was test, just a little quicker. the last time i ran test e i went up to about 217lbs. i went back down to about 208 and im at 210 now 7%bf. im hoping to get up to about 220 this run. do you think it will be hard to reach with prop??
 
do you get the same sides you would get with like enanthate. are the not as bad or are they worse
 
Well, test is test so I'd expect the same sides from any test whether it be prop, ethanate, or cypionate. You might make it to your goal, but diet would be a key factor in reaching it. You may have been better off with a longer ester. Overall though, you should still be able to gain a decent amount provided you have your PCT ready to go.

sounds like you're looking to gain about another 10lbs. which I think should be pretty easy to do with this cycle. What dose are you running the EQ? The EQ should start making you hungry now too at least that's how a lot of bro's respond to it. Eat clean and train hard and you'll get there,.

tsk tsk tsk... you ordered your pct AFTER you started your cycle?!?! lol you should be fine as you have enough weeks before you need to start but a good rule of thumb to follow is not to start without having EVERYTHING in hand. Keep up the good work bro, good luck.
 
no i had a bunch of fem, nolva and clomid. i just know that ill need morte down the road. i had to start the nolva 3 days after i started the prop due to a little gyno in my nipple. im not really sure how it happened that fast but it did. im running the eq at 600mg/week.
ill tell you what, im getting really sick of stickin myself every day with prop. something kind of weird is going on in my glute. maybe 2 weeks ago i did an inject and it lift like a hard knot about the size of a golf ball. ive been going around it and it seemed to go down a bit but i forgot about it and went through it the other night and its right back. i dosnt hurt unless you push on it so i havnt worried about it. its strange though. its about the size of half a golf ball and hard. maybe tonight ill try to hit my delt
 
im going to have to start hitting new areas with the prop. i can not see myself stickin a pin in my ass everyday for 12 to 14 weeks. the only reason i havent really hit anywhere else is because i dont have the right pins for it. ive got to get some 25g 1''. all i got is 22g 1.5 i hit my quad with one of them, just didnt go all the way in. it hurt like hell the next day so im kinda nervous to hit them agian. all you guys have said its not that bad in the delts so i think ill go there next. thats what size pinz you use for that right?? 25g 1''.
where are the other places you guys have hit with prop?? where do you prefer to hit?? i didnt mind hittin my quad, its easy when you can see what your doing. just didnt like the swelling and redness afterwards. it was prolly because it was my first quad inject. i just didnt like the redness
