post cycle arthritic pain

Anyone else ever experience this. I was on a cycle of 400mg eq/500mg test e for ten weeks(pct 1000 ius hcg 2x a week for two weeks, 25 mg of nolvadex ed for four weeks). Now two months later I cannot workout because of horrible arthritic pain in my wrists/hands(also in my ankles slightly). Anyway it blows horribly because I work as a cook and beyond just not being able to work out, this has made my job painful to do.

any advice would be appreciated, and yes I will be going to my doctor tomorrow

Have you had the pain for two months or it developed two months after being off? I'm not entirely sure, but test e and test cyp are known for killing the joints off. I've had a little trouble with that myself since I'm on test cyp for hormone replacement for the rest of my life. You could try glucosamine or possibly even some physical therapy exercises for the joints you have pain with. I can tell you that your doctor will probably tell you glucosamine for sure. My own doc did when I asked him about the same thing.
