Alright, I'm gonna post a sample of my diet and let you guys rip it. Stats 5'8" and 197# this am. Goal is lean gains (perphaps trim a bit). Here we go...

7 egg whites
1 cup oats

chicken breast
100g brown rice
1cup brocolli

pre-wo
chicken breast
1/2 whole wheat bagel

protien shake (~50g whey)
2packs instant oats (sugary shit)

Give more stats...how many hours do you workout? Is it heavy lifting, medium, light, or a mix? Do you run a lot? How many days? We need to know how you burn your energy. It's like a truck. Some take 87 gas, some premium, some diesel....because each truck burns its energy in a unique way.

Just leaning up before I get ready to hit the pre-contest. Lift heavy, 4-5 days per week depending on recovery. No gear at the time, IGF soon. Cardio 3 days (50 min on treadmill 3.6mph on a 9% incline). Will post totals this evening...
 
Looks like you got yourself a good diet. If you feel really tired that will be a sign you need to up your carbs. I've done this to myself when I was just getting into running and dieting. Screwed me up bad.

And since you're running so much you need to up the potassium. Try adding bannanas somewhere. Otherwise you will get unnecessary pain and be unable to perform as well as you could.
