Most dreaded workout.

I wont lie, sometimes I hate to go workout, but I do. It's a drive within you that keeps you going but sometimes I go through a mental battle on days when I feel tired. Working out always wins because I have to keep a structure in my life. For me, Mondays are now leg days. THey are the most work, followed by either chest or back. Legs make me want to puke sometimes, literally. I work with heavy weights, high intesity. Its like forced torture. I start with squats, go to leg presses, extensions, leg curls, romainian deads, calf raises, extensions and donkey press. I usually throw in some light abb work too. No matter what I do I never get motivated for this. Bi's, tri's yes, but legs always a battle.

i hate the same thing glen i too do legs on mondays and its something about the monday and legs at the same time bro i hate it i get pissed off enough to do more weight i think haha maybe this is a good thing.

I with you guys, Leg day is my least favorite day, mainly because i dont like squats at all. I dont like the weight sitting on the bottom of my neck, its just really uncomfortable. Its great when you finish and feel the satisfaction of completing yet another hard, viscous leg day. The results are far exceed the few days i just dont feel like going. I love chest/back day though, my personal fav.

To be honest, I don't dread any workout. What I do dread is CARDIO  It is the worst part of contest prep...on that stairstepper or treadmill for what seems like HOURS!!!! I can listen to music, watch TV, it doesn't matter. I HATE IT.

p.s. It works though... :p

Back day by far my favorite. Nothing like feeling that pump in the lats. You know, the one that makes you feel like you have wings...Love it!

I look forward to going to the gym every time. It sucks sometimes when you have a bad workout or there's a certain exercise you dread doing, but I'd rather be there than doing something else. And if nothing else, the gym is a place where you can clear your mind and not worry about all the day to day bullshit you put up with elsewhere. Kind of gets you away for a while.

I'm with kdog, I hate cardio. I get bored because it does seem to go on forever. I love all my other workouts.
