I wont lie, sometimes I hate to go workout, but I do. It's a drive within you that keeps you going but sometimes I go through a mental battle on days when I feel tired. Working out always wins because I have to keep a structure in my life. For me, Mondays are now leg days. THey are the most work, followed by either chest or back. Legs make me want to puke sometimes, literally. I work with heavy weights, high intesity. Its like forced torture. I start with squats, go to leg presses, extensions, leg curls, romainian deads, calf raises, extensions and donkey press. I usually throw in some light abb work too. No matter what I do I never get motivated for this. Bi's, tri's yes, but legs always a battle.
