leg workout phase 2, which PEDs? Tall female

I’m a female and would like to change my leg training to the next phase.
Right now I am Alternating between doing squats and deadlifts to open up my leg day and then doing leg extensions and working my calves.
My next phase is going to be adding in lunges and adding in some hack squats and maybe some box squats.
Which PED’s would work good at recovery post leg day. Can I take it pre-workout or should I take them post-workout?
I’m 175 pounds and six foot tall.

if you want to change leg work try something natural
like sissy squats and lunges those are the best
not box squats
