Fluid retention

What do you guys use to prevent excess H20 build-up when on deca or d-bol? Is a diuretic a good idea? Just want to get the most out of the cyc and try my best not to look bloated and wet. Diet will be pin-point...

Use femera @ 1.25mg EOD or 1.25mg ED during your cycle. Arimidex will work also, as well as Nolvadex @ 10mg ED... but what I use is Femera @ 1.25 EOD during ALL cycles, no excpetions, it keeps 90% of the water off of me and keeps the estrogen low as well, hope that helps.

A diuretic is a very bad idea, keeping fluid retention down is simple
1.Drink lots of water
2. Restrict sodium intake
3. Use a quality anti-e, MCAS Liqui-Fem is one of the best value around and much stronger than nolvadex or even arimidex
