First pic I am @ 175lbs 7.5% body according to fat test at my Gym
Second pic 187lbs @ 7.2%

I dont wanna compete i just want that lean fitness model look. What do you guys think??? Be brutally hones, if you say Elmo you look like a Twuat. Then say it, I'm tough as nails i can take it :D

Damn bro...lookin really ripped,....what was your previous cycles, routine and training type...that's really nice...I like it...i should be like that by the time summer comes around....
 
well alot of you may dissagree on the amount of cardio i do but keep in mind i dont compete. I eat at least 450gs of protein per day complex carbs at at about 100-200g i only have simple carbs after my work out. I cut my carbs after 7pm. I get up @ 4am to pound a protein shake. I only eat organic foods. Meats are fish, hamburger patties of 5% fat and chicken breast once in a while(i am tires of chicken taste dry). Vegies, oatmeal,flaxseed, omega3 gelcaps. Vitamin packs. Vanadil Sulfate. 50g of Glutamine a day. Cheat meal on Sundays(lunch). I run 1-1.5 hours on an emty stomach 5 days week.

what gear am i using? On the first pic i used deca,prop,test E and ECA. I had to cut the eca cause my Bp was going up. For the second pic i used Tren prop and test E and Clen(from MC good shit cause i od on it read my thread!)
Tren shitty first time i think i got a fake. I got another brand and made a world of difference. It will shut you down hard though so USE HCG!! I had no nighmares or acne from it. Only effect i got from it was that i would sweat alot at the gym. thats it. I do not think you need more than 75mg eod that will do you just right imo. One thing i should warn you about when cutting is the mind games you will have to deal with. I would sometimes got to bed at 3am because of the cravings of fat,carbs and sugar. As you start to lean out you will feel skinny as hell your strengh will only remain the same during your cutter after that expect to loose a good amount of it. Your pants and shirts will not fit like they use to. But onece people start to complement you and tell you that you look bigger and leaner your brain will catch up and you will start to enjoy the results of you hard work. Your body will get use to your new clean diet and you will stop to crave junk food. And you will not want to eat shitty anyway because you will love how you look and will think of that when tempted.
 
oh yeah and tren WILL make you vascular as hell. the pics aren't as good quality as i would hope. But look at my arms in the second pic. See the veins stick out and i was not even pumped.

Now the shitty side to this story is that i got hurt. I was out for 6 weeks and when i get hurt and cant work out my apetite goes away. Maybe 800-1000cals per day. I lost 15 lbs and still am lean but not a lean and rippes as i was in pic2. I whent from 187 to 170lb. I am now back into it and have naturally gained 6lbs some fat i sure but as soon as i hit 180lb and get some tren i should be back on track soon i hope. Sorry i am typing so much bros but its Sat night and i am bored. i don't go out anymore all my friends do is drink.

50g's of glutamine.. 20g makes me feel shity...

Good peck developement too. Not to sound gay. I just don't see too many lean dudes in your weight class with the fullness to the upper and outer peck region. Good work. Tackle those lats next bro.
 
thanks for the comps bros, yeah i know i have some areas to catch up on SPECIALLY my legs. but all in due time. any other comments would be appreciated. yeah i do look leaner in pic1 but thats because i took that right after a work out so i was pumped as hell but not in the second one.
 
looking good bro, I do a lot of cardio specifically running as well so I feel you on the cardio. Get those legs in check and you'll find it easier to gain weight and muscle overall.
