I am about 16% body fat my upper body above my torso is much lower prob around 13% or so i cant see my abs yet. but im really trying to lower my body fat and its frustrating me doing 60 minutes of cardio a day 4 days a week with 5 day weights reg. high intensty training. cals are about 2600 or so not alot is happening does anybody have any comments, more cardio less, less cals so on?? any advice would be great.

Cardio looks good. Question for you. Do you feel sore the next day or two from cardio? If not, you may want to up your speed, distance, or time.

Definitely cut calories and carbs if you are seeing no response, BUT only a little at a time. Research shows that if you cut too much your metabolism will slow down in defense and you won't lose any weight.

hummm ok yeah its hard to tell if im sore from doing cardio my muscles tend to not get sore anymore i can push them till i cant walk lifting sometimes and i still wont get sore. So with that said i dont know how to tell if the intensty is good enough. if im 21 my max heart rate is 199 correct?? not sure on this and whats the key fat burning heart rate i keep mine around 150 145 in there somewhere i monitor by machines which seem to be pretty consistent. I hate it cause my upper body looks fine and so does my lower but my midsection is really what i need gone and i hate the fact you cant spot reduce fat lol thanks for the reply angel.

are you on ECA or Clen right now? if so keep in mind that your heart rate will be artificially elevated so if the monitor shows you're in your zone you really may not be because of the supps... also keep in mind that the calculators used to project HR are for the average person as opposed to a trained athlete with training you'll improve your Max heart rate and lower your resting heart rate so it will also take more intense activity to get you into your "zone."

you talking to me normal ive never dreamed of touching dnp too much for me clen and eca are good enough for me.
