125. no pyramid just raw power.

LOL.

315 here, although I switched to DB's a few months ago so probably lost a little strength in my barbell bench.

excellent job guys good numbers looks like the group is packed real close in the 300 club 330 and everyone else is real close for the most part.

250, making a progress 300 is not that far away....within the next 4 months i should be able to do that....

215 weighing 140-145 trying to get my weight up to 160-200. Going to try to do some catalystics or however you spell it to raise my bench power alot

Malic bro, I would be fuckin pysched if i benched 215 at you age!! I didnt hit that untill i was 19. I dont doubt you will hit 300 by the time you graduate, if i remember right you are a junior(i think you said you were graduating in 07') Good luck bro you'll hit your goals, slowly but surely.

Modizzle and mikeswift, from what Ive seen since Ive been here you two seem very knowledgable and I have no doubt you two will hit 300 in the next few months. Good luck bro's, you'll get there.

Getting 350lbs for 4. Im old so Im not liking lower reps so much. No bounce, just nice and slow or my chest will rip in half.

Well I just did 200 pushups in like 15 minutes because thats what a personal trainer who substituted at my school said , he said do 200 pushups a day atleast. Also do pullups and stuff like that but ill just stick with pushups for now

hahaha see I told you to do 200 pushups a day! Don't skimp on the pullups I know they're harder to do and harder to find a place to do them but they are essential to building a strong back and will help your rear delts and your arms get bigger as well. They're also great for keeping your core(abs) strong which is very important

thanks bro, going to be trying to knock that out soon before I start cutting for summer and marathon training

i am working on gettin on the wall in my gym, if you do 225 for 25reps then you get your name on the wall and a free shirt, on monday i got 225 for 17reps and then sat back down and got 315 for two reps...

board press is basically what it sounds a way powerlifters train with heavier wieght for lockouts and such take a phonebook and or boards and place them on your chest and touch the weight to it this is the only way for me to train on barbell due to a subscap tear about 4 years ago in baseball. Since then ive had it fixed but still cant go low on it with a high amount of weight. so thats my only option to switch it up from dbells. hope this helps
