Thanks bro, it's definitely alot of weight for just going Natural right now, and them Long Arms, But 300 will soon be in my range, thanks bro the motivation...

335 is the max, Usually try to max out once a month. Normally 225 3 sets of 10 and onset of 275 for the bench workout.
 
All I know is I just try to talk to my mom to get all pissed off and depressed kind of cause I really hate her , and since I get pissed off I listen to some music and do 200 diamond pushups before I go to bed

train hard and eat right....and you will bro...in one year from proper diet and training my max went from 250 to 375...you can do it bro, work as hard as you can and make lifting a lifestyle...
 
do not go that heavy anymore because i am not really powerlifting but doing about 315 for 3 sets of twelve sometimes 365 for a set of 8 or 10 also not geared at the time
