Fat before bed

After having my last carb meal at 6 i have pro/fat meals at 8:30pm and 10:30

8:30pm:- Protein shake
Large Avacado
23g protein 20g fat

10:30pm:-100g Salomon fillet+5g Glutamine
20g peanut butter
25g protein 25g fat


Is this to much fat before bed???..This is really the only timei need fat during the day (after i cut my carbs)
 
if you are cutting i drop the avacado and peanutbutter. even though they have good fats they are fat never the less. instead of the peanutbutter add a tbl spoon of flax. Also your protein shakes are only 25grms? thats too little in my opinion. My shakes are all 75grams.
 
I agree with TheElmo, although before bed, I'll do 50gm because 75gm keeps me awake digesting.
 
yes, its fine. I do the same with my last 2 meals before bed. All the other meals are carb/pro.
 
i would venture to geuss BIGPHIL knows what he is doing,lmao, and whats wrong with 25mg protien shake when ur also scarfing down a big salmon filet like that,lol,

Can you even digest 75 grams in one sitting?
 
75gms in one sitting? this is the only way i can get the 400-500grams of protein per day. I don't feel ill or lazy when i pound my shakes I also take digestive enzymes. Wether my body makes full use of the 75grms that i do not know but like if said many times before Protein is like Poon Tang its better to have and not need than need and not have. yup yup!
 
my post workout shakes are often 90grams nowadays you're body will use it, it's like gas in your car it's not all running through the engine at once ;)
