No results from school SC

Ok I dont think im making results at schools Strength and Conditioning class but at the end of the year if Im not happy with the results I get , if any. Then I will just do my own routine that I did over the summer regardless of what the SC coaches tell me to do. Because I feel like im either having very little progress or no progress at all , or even getting weaker. Over the summer I was seeing good results and strength gains from doing what I was doing then.
 
We never had SC classes when I was 15. They made us play volleyball.

Do you keep a log book Malic? It's one thing to plateau, but if you're getting weaker there's a problem. Post you're workout and maybe we can help out.
 
Little brother, I think you're probably still overtraining. If you're working out in class and then still doing your own routine on top of it you're not giving your body enough time to recover. You're not going to be able to lift more weight day in and day out without giving your muscles and your central nervous system time to rest and recover and grow. Take a few days off from all of the handstand pushups and pushups and everything else you're doing and then go to class and you'll see your numbers are much, much better. Stay positive bro it takes time and a positive attitude is 4very important. Be patient.
 
Im not doing my own routine , The routine we do at school is posted somewhere on this forum go and find it. But all I do is on monday , wednesday , and friday cause those are the days we lift at school I do 200 pushups before I go to bed if I feel like it.

hahaha ok I'll be sure to go find your routine, i'll get right on that. :satan:
 
There could be alot of factors, either, less rest which = no recovery and growth time,... Could be diet,...but then again it could be in your mind, you don't see the results but other people can see it...The mind is a tricky little chip..get that in check too....
