Some healthy snacks can be peanuts, almonds , and the all American beef jerky! I love beef jerky . I always buy a few packets when I come to the US. Its the best full pf protein and no carbs. Try to get a good brand which is GSM free and has low sodium.
If you do need a snack when cutting, sugar free jello.
I generally detest all protein bars for they taste like flavoured candle wax!
A great snack for me is my peanut drink. ( Dont give me that look)
In a blender, fill with one cup of milk, add 1-2 tablespoons of natural crunchy peanut butter and whizz on high. Add a few blocks of ice and blend further..
Pour in tall glass and enjoy! Try it and let me know if you like.
