Do you think it is possible?

I think that goal is pretty hefty, i doubt 60-70 pounds increase man, but im sure you will get stonger, work hard as you can, eat as much as you can, and maybe its possible, try it and see how it works out for you, and ide recomend spliting those servings into 2 drinks, because your not going to absorb 60g's of protien in one serving, so cut it in half, and get 30g's of protien as many times as you want through out the day, 2-3 hour intervals.

In 2 months??? At your age and natural, I'd say no. Someone a little older, mid-20's perhaps, on steroids probably could. Sometimes even the 'good' supplements have a little too much hype on them.

agreed

Malic,

You have a good bench for your age. But, no, I don't think that it is possible to add that much in two months. On Tren and Sust, I just added FIVE pounds to my bench in a month.

A study of ten people is pretty small. Also, you don't know their original phisical condition. My guess is that they were out of shape to begin with and so a 30% increase was less than 30 pounds.

If you never worked out before, and you had some awesome genetics... Id say yes. But, this probley isnt the case. Dont get discouraged, most of us dont have good genetics, thats why we hit the gyms and stay there for the rest of our lives.

I agree with the above posts, most of the time they use "untrained" people to do these studies so if someone can bench 50lbs when they start and then 100lbs after a few months they'll say that their strength doubled.. blah blah blah, but I would also like to add I do think you could probably add a good 25 - 30lb increase or more to your bench since you still are pretty fresh to lifting and you're doing a ton of research and training with very specific goals. go to bodybuilding.com and print yourself out a bench max sheet and follow one of the powerlifting programs and I bet you will put on a good amount

I don't mean to get your hopes up, but no. Under a very rare circumstance that would be possible. The test subjects here were probably new to working out and their bench went from 85 to 110. There's your 30%. Btw - I checked out the site, I don't see where you got that study info...
