Simple carbs

Whatsup fellas. I have a question about ur simple carb intake PWO. How many grams do you usually take? Do you change that at all if you're trying to cut up or keep it the same to make sure you raise ur insulin levels? How about the complex carbs PWO, are they the same when u r trying to cut up as they are in the off season? Do u change any of these things when ur on IGF? Lots of questions, i hope i get lots of answers! Thanks.

Right now i take about 2 large spoonfulls of honey PWO with my protein shake and then have a bowl of oatmeal, but i want to minimize to maximize fat loss.
 
the way I work it-is when bulking up I take in as many simple as poss. PWO I'm talking half a gallon of OJ if I can stomach it
I'm an ectomorphin so I can afford it
 
i use dextrose and dont change the amount I use whether cutting or bulking.
 
you gotta get a plan together and stick with it
dont drink a half a gallon of OJ either its all sugar and its not the right carbs your looking for
you want brown rice, potatoes, oats,... and if you cant eat right away PWO then stick to maltodextrin or dextrose

why would you do that?
what are you trying to get heartburn lol!
 
well it depends on what your looking too due
when im bulking up i run with 100g carbs -50/malt/50dex

and precontest diet i rely on my carbs from whole foods
 
trueprotein.com just starting carrying it, I'll be ordering it myself and trying it out to carb up for races and for Pre and Post WO shakes
 
Well I always like to stay really lean. So for PWO I take about 50gms of carbs 25g complex and 25g simple. The simple I get from juice or fat free devils food chocolate cookies and complex is usually oats. Its always best to see what works for you rather then taking someone else's diet without knowing what effect it will have on your body.
 
Presently for my simple carbs i use dextrose and honey. I just read up on the waxy maize at trueprotien.com, sounds like great stuff. Has anyone that tried felt more of a pump in their muscles afterwards?
