Not bad malic... Hopefully mom cooks a lot of meat up for you. Just keep telling her its your favorite. Drink lots of milk 2- cheap potein, and if mom's buying... just drink a gallon a day... :)

bro...just get plain whey concentrate. Add some olive oil to it to slow digestion or if you need to add calories. (unless post workout) It's much cheaper than what you are talking about and why add the soy protein? yuck.
 
yeah bro, soy protein is known to raise estrogen levels... no need for soy unless you're allergic to milk or something and after drinking a gallon a day I'd think you'd know by now!
 
The estrogen would probably minimal...It's actually not as bad as we all think. Although I don't touch it just in case. lol. I actually more so dislike the taste of it. Tastes earthier or something.
 
I don't mind the taste but I know 2 people that have never touched AAS or Pro hormones and one got gyno from too much soy and the other developed prostate problems... in both cases the docs blamed too much soy
 
damn, must of been eating a shitload of soy...I've ready studies that said the effects were very minimal, but thanks for the info. Just re-enforces why I don't like soy products. lol.
 
yeah my bro who got gyno was drinking soy milk on 2 bowls of cereal everyday and drinking soy chocolate milk at night because he thought it was good for him... lol, oops.
