alright guys take a look at the diet ive been thinkin up let me know what you think and im 220 5'10 about 15%b/f in the next two weeks will be starting my next cycle which will be EQ at 500mg's a week for 12 weeks subject to change possibly longer. starting it with t-bol at 50mg's for 5 weeks and test prop for 5 weeks at 500 a week my question about this is if i switch over to a long ester enanthate on week 4 or 5 will my levels stay the same and willt hat work out well? anyways one of the two tests for 12 weeks.
i also work nights now tuesday morning 12-8 through friday morning 12-8

230p.m. wake up pre workout 1/2 cup steel cut oats with splenda to taste and 55g's shake.

400p.m. postW/o another shake prob 50 or so g's and 40 g's malto.

630p.m. 8 ounces of chicken 2 cups brocoli or other green veggie 1/4 cup brown rice.

sleep till 1030 or so have a shake

100a.m. plentiful salad with tablespoon non fat itallion 3g's of olive oil with no fat cheese

330a.m. 8 ounces chicken and veggies 3 rice cakes

5a.m. 1 large can tuna hot sauce wrapped in a lettuce leaf.

800a.m. 1 carton egg whites or 1 cup cottage cheese

let me know what yall think this is going to be similar to a lean bulk trying to put on size and at the same time shed some fat i know bulking and cutting isnt possible together but you know what i mean let me know any opinions will be great thanks guys.
 
I would guess that you need more protein...definitely a lot more carbs...and more healthy fats. You said bulk right? That looks like a cutting diet. Very little carbs overall. Add in a lot more carbs otherwise you wont gain much mass if any.
 
bump you beat me to it BiggerStronger... not enough calories for a big bro like you, this looks like the diet for a smaller guy. Up the Protein from natural sources like chicken, tuna etc. looks like youv'e got enough shakes in the first portion of your day I would throw one into the back end. No need for rice cakes bro they are bad for you, they spike your insulin and cause you to hold fat, the biggest dieting myth in the world is rice cakes are good for you. Also throw some whole grain bread around that tuna and stop eating it out of a freaking leaf you big silly rabbit.
 
hmm, why are people so afraid of carbs? Damn, atkins freaks. lol.

Lots of the pro's consume a ton of carbs and some/many prefer carbs over protein to bulk. I.E. They keep protein lower about 150-200 and take in a ton more carbs and healthy fats. I know you guys aren't pro's and their genetics will allow pretty much anything, but it's just a thought. You shouldn't have to work so hard when bulking. Don't be afraid of carbs. The only thing they'll do is put some muscle on you. lol.
 
haha alright guys and im not for atkins bs haha i also throw in 4 g's of fish oil with my post workout that good? more healthy fats?? and i will throw more carbs in and some more lean beef and ground turkey and such.
 
I'll answer you about your gear.

You said EQ at 12 weeks at 500mgs maybe longer. That means you probably have some EQ left over, if so...bump it to 600mgs EW. Much better than 500, it's a huge difference.

Now you'd wan't to start you long acting enanthate with everything else in the begining. I don't think you need to run prop all 5 weeks, maybe 3 - by 3 weeks your enanthate will be in full effect (you're using prop as a kick-start, correct?). T-bol at 5 the 1st 5 weeks looks good.

What are your doses besides EQ?
 
Yes, you should run the test enanthate from the beginning. Otherwise there is going to be a drop in test levels between switching from test prop to the enanthate.
 
ok that was my question i didnt know if they would stay stable when i switched ok yeah im just gonna use the enanthate i got all 50cc jugs so most will last me a while. Ill bump the eq up to 6 and test im gonna run at around 500 ew to 6 not possitive yet tbol again at 50ed. and yes i was using the prop as a kickstart im still unsure if im going to use it anymore but if i do it will be 150 eod along with the 500 enanth. and 600 eq. what you think about that now thanks for your help guys and jay i added a shitload more food to my diet biggerstronger :> haha thanks bros.
 
let me know how that Prop kickstart works out for you, I was thinking of trying something similiar with some variations on doses... when are you starting?
 
prob about 2 weeks should have all my goodies by middle of next week i may start a week early gettin kinda ancy lol but yeah ill def. let ya know. the only thing im not likin about this is all the shots im goin mon. thurs. eq mon wed fri at least prop dont know if im goin actual eod or not i guess i could hit eq and enanth. on monday in one shot then prop in another and same on thurs so i could get it down to 4 days. or do you think i should put 3 c's in my arse i havent ever done a shot that big.
 
i wouldn't shoot 3cc's personally but I know lots of bro's do. I like the way you're planning on breaking it up. sounds smarter and you can rotate sites...
 
yeah that kinda what i thought im excited now lol got it all pretty much planned out
