When i cut down for a show i am actually getting bigger the whole time, im just losing bodyfat.
There is no way you cant get bigger if you are taking in a ton of protein.

Im bulking up now and i am eating clean everyday,
 
O.K., Have read some of your other posts. Just a thought from someone who
also started at 16. (I'm now 48 and still trying to make improvments) DONT WORRY
ABOUT ALL THE BULLSHIT!!!! Just hit the fucking gym!!!!! See if you even have
it in you to get a few steady months of lifting in. (Many dont) After a few months
(if you can even do that) then start worrying about the other stuff.
It's like the kid who never worked out before and is worried about the position
of his little finger when doing curls - JUST DO THE FUCKING CURLS!!! Dont want
to discourage you but take the first step before worrying about the next six.
Good luck and just do it.

Why dont you reread the post . You might get it.
When I was 15 I was working out in my room
on a nightstand turned on its side in place of a bench - I had a mismatch of
borrowed weights and plastic buckets to set the weights on so I could get under
it to bench. Dont take my 10 posts as inexpeirence "little boy". You have two
ears and one mouth for a reason.

Malic, you need to dig up that 'boyz in da hood' workout. It's some guys doing nothing but exercises on the playground, supposedly that is all they do, and they are in pretty f'en good shape from it.

Also, number of posts doesn't mean anything to me as a general rule, it's all about the content of the post. That's not to say that you don't have anything good to say, just that you can't judge a persons knowledge based on a small number of posts.

To answer the original question...I believe its possible to put on muscle AND lose fat at the same time. But there are certain conditions for it, like a begineer will always put on muscle while losing fat.

but the more experienced you are, and the more you are above your normal genetic homeostasis (sp?), the harder it will be to add muscle and lose fat at the same time.
 
Malic, have you gotten yourself a job yet? why not try and get a job cleaning the local gym? that way you can workout for free and probably earn a little cash for some protein powder.


And McGaret, lighten up on the kid, he's a few fries short of a happy meal
 
does your highschool have a gym? i know lots of kids that hit there highschool gym up and its free...
