Thas the machine that pushes the weight for you...kind of like a piano that plays its self

Shoulder press is a lot harder to do than bench press malic, and i think your max bench press is 225, so im guessing that you were on a machine where you did 225 6 times?

would have had to be ive never seen anybody do more shoulder press then bench. And verts not even talkin bout smith machine just freeweights. but mine are as follows
Bench-125 pound db's for 6 dont know 1 rep max
squat- all time best is 515 but i only do hacks now knees are bad so 8 plates on each side.
deads are right around 500 for 2 or 3
shoulder press 95's or 100's dbells or about 225 on BB.

I seriously can't wait to get out of the military so I could start messin with different AAS. Haven't 1rm'd in over a year, but here are my lifts at 5'8" 165lbs roughly 13%BF
Bench - 275
Squat - 405
Dead - 435
Shoulder Press - ? but I did 185 for 6 at that time

I don't have to? I doubt I could get away with it while we have random drug testing. You know anyone in the air force that gets away with it? Shit, I'd be all about it if I could get away with it.

Bro, do research (you can google it for God’s sake) on military drug testing. I too am in the military and I have no worries in the fucking world about coming up positive on a drug test…WHY? Because the military doesn’t test for steroids unless it is specifically requested by, and only by, your CO. After which, the sample is sent to Berkley (yes the university) for an official steroid drug screening. The test is very costly and there must be overwhelming suspicion for a CO to request this test in the first place. So, keep your mouth shut and you’ll be fine.

My LCPO wondered why my uniforms didn’t fit anymore…I just told everyone that I’ve been eating all the food I could find and that I’ve been lifting like a pro. Actually, that’s pretty honest.

I should not that all my research was based off of official press releases of the NAVY so this is 100% true for the NAVY & Marine Corps...The Air Force COULD be different but I seriously doubt it as all urine samples for all military branches go to the same DOD facilities(there are 3 in total). These facilities do not contain the machines/ equipment to screen for steroids.... That’s why they go to Berkley in the first place.

malic start working out those legs and back bro. Do squat's and dead lifts. Kids your age only work out chest, bi's, and tri's. The one thing I got from my football/weight lifting coach was a balanced workout. I was squatting 315+lbs for 10 at 15 years old. and also taught me to give the best bj around..boy coach was great :greedy:
