guys i need alittle advice. i'm kind of a begginer when it comes to gear. I've only used deca, and d-bol before. i'm looking to get more hard muscle. I'm 5'9 227. kinda chubby but been lifting all my life. i've got a good amount of muscle but looking for that big look. I'm about to dive into sustanon 250 and run 500mgs for 10wks. and do alot of cardio to try to cut up. will this be enough to get me the muscle i need and will it somewhat cut me up??? don't really wanna stack, seeing as how i'm somewhat new to the scene. I need ur help here guys let me know whats up and is sustanon 250 really work!!!!???

If i was you, ide get your bodyfat percent down, get your diet in order, and work out a few months naturally, and then go into it more prepared then you are now. Do you have your PCT lined up already, or are u not sure what that is? You wont cut up inless your diet is consistent and on target, bottom line, so you cant over look that part of it, or you will be very dissappointed with your results.

I"m 22. i've got my diet planned. i have been eating pretty good the last 3wks. plan to do so.
you need to have been eating good the past few YEARS.

You dont just eat good when you go on. you dont just train good when you go on. you gotta do it 100% of the time. thats what this sport is about.

I totally agree with drew, but if youre going to run the sust i would run it at 150mgs EOD that way you get the 500mgs a week you need and your test levels stay steady so theres less of a risk of getting side effects.

yeah Vertigo is right you need at least 500mg a week anything less will just shut down your natural test and you'll be spinning your wheels
also make sure that your diet and PCT is in check or again spinning your wheels

22 and lifting all your life. Everybody is in a rush and wants the easy fast way.
I agree w/Dreww. Get your diet on and workouts serious and I think you will
get good results @ 22. A lot of people (mabey not you) think if they they are
"on" THEN they will have the self control to have a good diet and consistant
workouts. Dosent always work that way. Just a sugestion but I think you should
push it hard naturally while you educate yourself on gear. When I was 22 and
consistant with hard workouts and ate good I would look in the mirror and laugh
because of the good gains I was making. Give it a try. (just my opinion)

Exactly at 22 I was almost as big and strong as now after several cycles, due to naturally high levels of testosterone, busting my ass in the gym, and eating correctly.

Sust is not going to cut you up anyways, you should probably research more into, and determine what is your next course of action before proceeding with a cycle.
bump that b2s couldnt have said it better

i understand about my diet and stuff. I'm really trying to get alot more serious about the sport but i was wanting to get a huge jump start into it. I realize that my diet i huge in this, but i want to get big add the muscle, then trim down. and keep my ass in the gym. lol my guy is telling me to use 750mg a week. to see real results and do alot of cardio. but i don't wanna dive right into this at 750mg to start. don't know if its safe. any suggestions with that??? I do research gear. but i really can't find alot of good sites. any suggestions?

Dude, are you kidding me??? I gave you a 2 GREAT links. The sticky is written by a pro and the second one I posted is an encyclopedia specifically on gear... for CHRIST'S sake read them! I promise you it will be awealth of info :

QUOTE: "trying to get more serious about the sport but want a huge jump start
into it" - bro - just my opinion but make that first step consistant ball-busting
workouts with a tight diet where you are eating at least 6 times a day - not crap
but good protien and carbs. THAT is a huge jump - at your age you should be
able to pack on the muscle - see if you can do that for 6 months. If you been
lifting "all your life" then 6 months will go by quick. Also why add the muscle then
trim down??? Do it right and your gains will be LEAN MASS - thats what you want
to keep. Going "ON" wont make you workout and eat good. I've been around this
"sport" for over 30 years - (seen some shit) and my best advice would be to try
my sugestion for 6 months - and educate yourself - not only on gear but more importantly on DIET and LIFTING. See if you got it in you to stick with it for that
long and see where you body is then. If you are making great gains then stick with
that as long as it works. From my experience the people who have to jump into it that
fast almost always (I said almost to any of you exceptions out there) cant keep it up
and look like they never lifted a weight in a couple of years. I like to look good
physicaly and that is a lifetime comitment. With a lifetime comitment you got nothing
but time. Dont rush it. JUST MY OPINION !!!! Good luck bro.
(oh yeah, when I was 22 I never listened to anybody - I was the smartest
guy I knew - LOL)

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the most anabolic thing you can put into your body is FOOD.

I agree with the above replies but as always I want to add my own suggestion: Do some research on Clenbuterol, you can get the MC version which is called AquaBurn. This will help you drop the bodyfat along with the cardio and good diet and allow you to do it much faster and spare losing any muscle in the process. After running a cycle of Clen and being consistent you'll see huge gains as a beginner and at your age, then dive into a Sust cycle or come back and give us very specific goals and we'll design a cycle for your goals.
