To everyone on here who wasn't an asshole while I was here.....Good Luck it's been real. I have difference with some people here and am leaving!!!

its a message board bud..dont take everything personally..its good to have disagreements and discussions as it all allows us to learn from each other...so change your tampon and get back to posting...

and one of the problems you may be having is you sometimes make it seem like the advice you give is the end all be all cuz you got it from some "competior source" , which is all good but id have you know that some competitors that i know dont know all that much about gear...palumbo is a very knowledgable and nice guy but just because he says its good doesnt mean its gospel...we are all here to learn, we dont all know it all..we dont all think someone else knows it all..we all just try and keep learing from each other...so dont leave bro because you dont and others dont agree, tough it out add your opinion when you feel its of value and make some decisions for yourself and grow and learn..

From someone who has been around a long time - worked out with a few competitive
bodybuilders - sat down w/Dorian and talked on how to work out (I have a good friend
who is a gym owner and Dorian used to come to the States and stay with him)
I have to say there is no one right way to do it. If you talk to 10 different guys
(even the ten top BB's of today) you are not going to get one right way to do or
use something - you are going to probably get at least 8 different theories. If you
wait 2 - 3 years those same people will probably have a different opinion. Believe me
I've seen it first hand. Give YOUR advice and it might be usefull to some people.

Yeah dude I think you should stay around it's good to have you hear. I thought you were a real doosh at first with your whole "hood thing" but I believe you ad some character. Hope you stick around.
