Crazy cramps!

Quick question for everybody... When I train lately, I have been cramping ALOT, but not in the targeted muscle group... for example, I trained legs yesterday and while squatting, I get cramps in my forearms and across my back... fireburing cramps! I am definately focusing on hydration as I am well above 1 gallon of liquid a day and drink gatoraid throught the w/o... It happens too much! I even have been cramping in my abs when I put my shoes on! It is really that bad... Supps now are win, test e, tren, eq... any ideas???
 
try potassium pills see if that helps and stretch realy realy good, it cant be but only a few problems so only a few solutions to try until you iron out the wrinkles or cramps in this case
 
The combo of everything might just be giving you an unbearable pump in certain areas. That's happened to me before. Had to stop my workout becuase of it. If that's it, there's nothing you can really do.

Water, potassium, and if you're using clen, taurine.

I would give this a try, it should take care of it.

cant give much advice on the cramps, but that sounds like a bad ass cycle. Whats the dosages?
