recently taken clen,i started at 40 mcg.and i am gonna up my dose to 60mcg,can i take it all at once{60mcg}? or 30mcg in the morning then afternoon another 30mcg?

good question...most people tell you to spread it out so you can control adverse effects..........I would spread it out bro at least until you are REALLY comfortable with it.

yeah, I take some right when I wake up, in the middle of the day, and right before I close my eyes for bed. I'm suprised I could sleep on this stuff.

i take it all in one dose, in the morning if possible.

yeah weird but I can do the same thing, I can hear my heart beating and it puts me right to sleep, relaxing sort of :satan:
get this effect more off of aqua-burn than clen though
